Gotcha, but the landscape is all those new shares r restricted. Small float, so the larger force is not the profit taking, but the overall scarcity of shares.
Aye, there's the rub. Plus solid prospects for rapidly growing profits.
BTW the farmers market site is stripped of all the mlm mumbo jumbo in favor of a traditional site . distributors can decide to send prospective customers there if they are not likely to be interested in sellingbthe product.
They do have a quality line of products
They run a world class operation and have ALL their ducks in a row. Frankly I was floored by the thoroughness of their plans and the strong management. The products are better than I had presumed. They brought out the inventors in many cases and talked about some energy elixirs being added to the stable.
So the farmers market will offer consumers a direct pathway to trying all the products at very good prices, but company margins for the new site will be big as the commissions are lower and more in line with their goal of creating value through repetitive customer purchases.
They seem like they are going to really go after essential oils and various product lines around that space. Also the strategic partnerships in negotiations per latest 10q surrounds that line, among others.
Iexpext the incremental sales and margins to be very helpful.
Also there are several more major launches as the full penetration of 200 countries has just begun.
I can't possibly impart all that you can get from watching the convention, but there is a tiny summary.
Comparing to reed is fraught with pitfalls! Net, stick to your strengths.
Reed has more than twice the debt and celh has 12x reeds cash now.
Then we look at gross margins net margins, management, partners and epic growth, higher than reeds for sure.
Management alone is huge, plus there is no benefit YET from the cash and strategic partners, so using last years sales with current fully diluted is just, well, deluded.
Just the facts. I dont care where the stock was yesterday nor yesterdays numbers, I care about tomorrow.
That's what wall street cares about.
I also found a conference call from last week, 45 minutes long, hosted by Jeff graham pres of US operations. Legit is the one word description that comes to mind. You can find it and listen for yourselves.
Adds a lot to my DD.
Now I know this company is legit, very legit.
Looking forward to the announcements, for which they promise many.
I know but Kelly bought around 28. I wonder how the relationship will go after they file?
And then there is the innovative Cali company that is going to license new products to FVRG while also making a strategic investment in fvrgs restricted stock.
That capital injection should also accelerate meeting the last item to be upkisted, which is getting shareholder equity above 15mm as per NASDAQ requirements.
Love to hear any learned opinions on these matters.
The convention starts now in Vegas.
What I'm most curious about is the margins.
If there are no commissions,as I presume, the gross margins and net margins will be fantastic.
We'll know more very soon, but this could really goose margins and profits.
On the LL board.
Go say hi and offer him your condolences.
Hey biff. Did you buy FVRG? Yet?
They have tons of huge news next week. No wonder the daily chart signaling a bull move coming. Biff do u know what MACD is?
He's not short. He stalks me . he goes to every board I post on and posts there same rubbish. He is not so bright. A better life is just Mental hospital awayaway forth wingnut
He's been on my tail for a year.
Its not the same keyboard,,, sometimes its the PC, sometimes its the tablet...... I sold all mycelsius
Pumping celh was so last month bruh.
but like they say, you cant fix stupid.
REED, FVRG, CELH. follow the 'better for you' trends to profits.
CELH you can still buy sub 2.50 soon, the other 2 are on the launch pad right now.
I see nothing too. However, if I waited to see something every time I had an investment thesis, then my returns would be lame.
Of course, its a bit early to see something anyway.
This is a conversation with a dogmatic negative cynic.
it's a growing pie. im sure you have seen the data on all things ginger over the last 20 years.
even Celsius has some ginger in it. Like your friends at LWAY, if you cant crush em, just buy em!
There's no anti trust for ginger brews I reckon.
But REEDS has de facto seen a coup as I had hoped.
CR has seen the light.
Two industry vets basically running the show.
The time is now.
Does this get them a strategic partner too?
Or just big dist gains?
