The expectations never cease on Apple - it is like some people can't believe they are worth $700B, until they sit calmly and look at the numbers - that makes sense.
Patience is in order, but I do agree NOK stock is going no wheres and hasn't for a long time.
Of course it has come down significantly, but these stocks sometimes make strange bedfellows.
Edward Jones needs a blanket, so they will pull the blanket over our eyes, while we debate this irrelevant question/idea.
You would also agree that we would also not have any news on HERE and instead of receiving this psychically induced news at anytime, it could never happen or at another point in time?
Out of the blue and into the black, hey hey, my my.
Shorting is just another way to lose more money, so I rather be long and lose my money more slowly.
The trend has changed, but it seems that people aren't noticing yet. More interested in Greece, South Carolina, prison break, Presidential Republican contest, Jenner, Jurassic Park, I guess.
It gives you so many opportunities and greece is just one of those hiccups. Rinse and repeat. For an investor it is tedious, we all don't have the kind of money to keep investing, unless you sell something else.
Someday it will break the cycle, but we have to wait. I can see it over 7 very easily, when Greece is swimming in there olives and no one is there to buy it.
Never saw your postings before unless you used another alias. I unfortunately watch this board too much. But it doesn't matter anyway.
I don't remember, sorry. I've been here for 3 yrs now. A good time to buy though if you got the money, even if it goes lower the rest of the week. $20 in 2 years would be great, maybe, but that is a heck of a run. I wish it was that eay.
Watching stocks on a regular is like watching paint dry? Not only watching the stocks, but also these postings, whether bias or not, it's tedious. Someone thinking they have another "angle" on the situation and everyone is an expert or astute observer, but the same thing is being dragged around like a chain. Nokia stock and company is a long process taking years, unless you are a gambler, but you are kidding yourself too, no easy money. If you were a patient person/investor, you probably make more money holding long than playing the option game and have less aggravation.
You are getting close Paul. You may know your business, but I wouldn't want to predict a bottom, because most people can't. 37ish is looking good to put your foot in the water.
It did break 40, but barely and for a short period of time since your post on 5/27. I think you mean break at 40 plus solidly - its got to hold at at least 40. Looks like a good place to buy at this point at 37.65. Aren't you suppose to buy low, especially when things don't look good? I haven't yet, have to free up some money, but I'm not in a rush.
The oil is not meant for US and to make it accessible for US consumption, you got to retrofit the plants we have but that will take 10 years at least from what an oil expert said. But they are not doing it yet, if they will do it, so it will be more than 10 yrs easy, but then again, it may never happen.
