based on what? It seems that the courts are ruling in favor of AGO re: muni debt issues, and i'd love to see it double from here, just curious about what/ why anyone else thinks it'll keep skyrocketing...

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something but I figured that since we are getting shares of DGI and not a dollar amount, no matter how much DGI goes up we will still receive the same number of shares. I.E. one share of GEOY turns into 1.125 shares DGI, plus $4.10 cash (this is the option I see most people getting due to proration). If for simplicity sake, DGI magically shot up to $40, the value of one GEOY share would be $40 + $4.10, or $44.10. Conversely, of DGI tanked and went to $20, one GEOY share would be $24.10..... So i'm hoping DGI keeps going up, no matter when exactly we receive the new shares..... If i'm way off in assumptions or rationnale someone please set me straight but thats how i see it... Maybe this helps some???

I called my online brokerage (E*Trade) about this last week someime and they told me it may take a few days after the merger is complete for things to be updated... was originally planning on selling DGI as soon as the merger was completed, but having 2nd thoughts b/c DGI is now operating as a near monopoly, which is always good for shareholders....I'd advise patience, and DGI may make us all a great big pile of money....

Does anyone know what day the buyout is expected to occur? I bought GEOY jan 8 figuring the buyout would benefit GEOY holders based on the details of the buyout, namely getting 1.4125 shares of DGI per share of GEOY...

Just bought in @ $12.95. Value Line seems to really like this stock, plus the reinsurance industry is supposed to be very strong over the near term. I like the Div, and this co seems to have pretty good finanicals and lots of cash. I'm interested to hear any thoughts from someone who has followed the stock for any length of time. Thanks, and happy stock picking!

Just sold out of DLX yesterday amid the good news. Bought in July 2009 @ about 15, and after reinvesting Div, managed a 'one- bagger'. Company is IMHO a great one, and I think I am already regretting selling at this time. Maybe a buyback if it falls into the low 20's again? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciatied.

Just bought in a few days ago. My due dilligence has led me to believe this is a good stock for the long haul, and since its price has been beaten down i'm hoping for a short term pop. For me, this is a dividend play as well, and I can't see them cutting it anytime soon. Any thoughts from some who have been following this comapny for any length of time would be greatly appreciated.
