The real question is how does a company issue over $15 million in shares without showing any increase in cash or assets.
Face it, this group issued shares to their friend for $0 and now they are dumping the shares at any prices Regulators have not arrested any of them.
Face it, a group just ripped off small shareholders and regulators did noting to them because they wanted the whole MJ sector to go down. In the meantime, someone shorted all these stocks with no price recovery to date.
The worse thing about this is management issued all the PRs and stocks to claim new assets but none of these asset showed up anywhere. I can count over $15 million in stock issued in two years but no increase in the assets at all. Sad thing about this, if management would have did the right things or invested the money in projects, this company's stock would be trading well a few cents. They just killed shareholders for their gains. this is the worse traded stock I've seen since the financial crises.
Well maybe you should send you message to regulators instead of posting daily to this board. Sometimes it is best to get your facts straight before you open your mouth. Also, the company really does not need a hemp farm in CO. The materials, containers, labels, etc... are all available whole sale online. Most raw hemp is imported for these products. Insiders may be fighting for parts of the business right now.
Their are only a few investors doing this and one is using multiple screen name to post negative comments. He may also be attacking the bid price. Something is wrong with this guy.
All this has been reported to regulators ( FINRA and SEC) over a year ago. They have not did one thing to these people who are responsible for ripping off investors here.
That is because someone is manipulating the stock price down and the MM is allowing it to happen. We went through the same type of trading pattern on the regular markets years ago, meaning orders executed well below the current bid price and traders creating death spirals on certain stocks. Another, if the stock price bolted 1000 percent, regulators would look into it. But do you think they will look into this nonsense and investigate the person(s) doing it. Even when investors complain about it, they do nothing or it takes years to charge anyone. Going the other way, they will halt the stocks without a complete investigation.
The may have also did that because someone at this company gave shares away for $0. Now we have people who don't care about price. They will short and dump share at any price to bring down stock price. FINRA should be notified of the current trading pattern.
I am sure the SEC is looking into the activities associated with this company and its trading pattern. The problem is that takes 3 or 4 years for investigators to even charge anybody ( if they do). In this case it may even take long because they are dealing with people operating cross-border.
We have a group that is bent on taken down this stock price. Some moved from IHUB and some from HotStock. Someone is paying to get this stock price down for some reason. Also this rest of the sector has stabilized but this stock continues to see pressure on the down side. Stocks don't trade like this unless someone is doing this on purpose.
You are dealing with professional thieves here. They will bash this company while trying to move small investors into something else. They also don't like it when people expose them. They really want to freely borrow from investor accounts and post negative comments/reports to force the sale of shares. This is how they make money. It is easier for them to beat up on small start companies to claim they are right about the markets. Shareholders and management are more likely to be very weak in these small companies.
Well, at least you understand this is a group doing this. You are dealing with thieves who are stealing from small investor accounts. They can attack the bid because they have cheap shares. You walked right into their so called pump and dump argument. I tried to explain to you that they are professional thieves and regulators/investors have a hard time with them, especially when they claim you are spreading misinformation about the company and float. Two wrongs don't make it right but regulators tend to favor argument against pump/dump not short and distort. This group has likely stole a few billion from small investor account and regulators have not done one thing about it.
Very good article to read. It would be interesting to find out why all these negative posters converged on this stock in the last year or so. It really does not make a lot of sense for a sub-penny stock unless they followed big money into it or someone wanted to takeover the company early on.
The reason may be that shareholders were not selling their shares to anyone at these price. The market maker was just selling shares short to buyers and covering later from a inventory. Buyers may have got a little turned off because he/she will not let the stock recover any.
Most of them seems to be from the same group with some changing and using different screen names. They are starting up with HKUP again and trying to rotate buyers.
There is the question of where or who they are getting all the shorted shares from. If this is what you mean by printed shares or naked shorted shares. The only persons who have an exemption is the market maker to make the market for the shares. Even he/she would be careful unless there is a guaranty from someone on the transfer agent list to delivery him/her shares if he/she gets caught in a short squeeze. Interesting trade.
Sometimes I wonder about you. All we are seeing is a restructuring of the company after the previous CEO and COO messed things up. The company is looking much better. We got stuck in the mud because those two did not know what they were doing with the MJ websites and projects. Looks like we are getting somewhere for now.
Looks like you are taking this stock seriously. Who in the world spends all their on a message board posting negative comments about a stock. We also have a few people changing and using different screen names to post on a sub penny stock. Why so much interest in forcing down this stock price? This nonsense has been going on every single trading day for a few years now.
Also, the CEO is restructuring the company, so people can't expect actual results near term. Some people spend all their time on these message boards trying to spin information to the negative. Seems like they are really interested in this stock for some reason.
