Wouldn't be surprised, they always have issued koolaid PRs right before giving bad news at the quarterly call. But coming from you, the same one who said UQM was a steal at $1.80 it really means nothing whatever you post.
Must be bad news on the horizon coming from the company that never fails to disappoint. It's almost time for the koolaid call so expect more bogus amount to nothing news, and most likely the issuance of shares to continue the in my opinion con game they've been playing for years.
More like rebalancing of the pyramid. In my opinion these guys have one of the best scams around to line their pockets while doing nothing. It's an epidemic in the world of wall street cheats.
Why for? It's probably a change in the pyramid levels imo. You know, everyone move up one level after the top ornament has been paid off and tossed.
It's very common for these schemers. They've survived on all those fake shares they issue. I use the word fake because they disappear during the reverse splits, which it appears they are on the way to yet another. These men have no incentive whatsoever to enhance shareholder value nor imo will they ever make sustainable profits. Why should they when they're allowed to keep printing shares to continue lining their pockets?

Fisker won't make it in my opinion and if they do Quantum will be controlled by the new owners where the margins won't be sufficient enough to make the relationship a positive one for shareholders.

They were positive in November 2010 about 3rd qtr (before the yearly switch) and 2011 too,, right before the reverse split in 2011.
They were also positive in November 2012 about the 4th quarter and 2013,, right before the second reverse split.
They were also positive in November 2013 and said 2014 would be the year the profits would be coming.
Time to start issuing shares for that third reverse split in 2015.

And it's more likely that Fisker will continue to fail as electric vehicles are petering out as some research will show. But the bottom line is like I stated, they most likely will steal the technology and shareholders will receive nothing..............as usual.
