so the sentiment is much stronger at the moment. nothing wrong with the stock. buying opportunity for newbies. earnings next week will give a nice and quick profit I see 75 range next week if they beat estimates and guide higher.
its just how stocks work. after a big run up, and no more catalyst to move higher, people will lose patience and sell and move on. the stock pulls back until new buyers or previous buyers come back in.
you didn't get it still...but you might not have missed the boat. its still going higher, testing 65 again.
its just moving up as we head into earnings. the company has been on a winning streak and there is no sign of slowing down. as a matter of fact, things are just heating up...more Chinese consumers are getting to know and starting to follow the brand this past year. they have been beating earnings since ipo...forget the insider selling. its what the company's and management's performance that matter the most.
thinking he can short is back to 55 at current level. as I said few days ago, this thing might have a some pull backs with each rally. but the trend has been up the last week or so. not very smart to short up here. analysts have been coming out with upgrades last few days as we near earnings. the spo is pretty much off wall street's mind right now.
I play this thing for since last year. and pay close attention to store traffic and what women think of the brand and products. the hyper growth story is in tact.
I am betting you won't hear about insider selling in the kind of volume as you saw last qtr. for one thing, there is little left to sell. for another, if earnings and growth is intact, investors will come to see there is no relations between insider selling and the direction the company is moving.
analysts are coming out with the positives, putting in place an earnings run. forget the insider selling stuff, its all behind us now. looking forward, its all about earnings and continued growth. Chinese women are increasingly migrating from coach to kors bags. this is not my assumption, but rather real life trends I have been witnessing since last year. Europe continues to be strong as we have been seeing last few qtrs. and we all know how popular it is here in the u.s. the stock might have minor pullback. but look at the over all trend, it has been reversing and keep turning back to the 60 direction.
