yes- I realize that going from 400 hundred million to 600 million A/S is necessary to cover a nationwide rollout of the product. Marketing ain't cheap. Advertising is an investment and you don't want to skimp when it comes to a new product roll out globally.
There are about 10 times as many postings on the investor hub site? Investorhubdotcom- and a lot of serial bashers.. I have used up my three posting max for the day. Can someone cut and paste my write up on the IHUB THCZ message board so they can benefit from what I learned.
Thanks to all. I think we have a big winner here.
I couldn't type any more on the last entry. Just wanted to end by saying that I came away with renewed confidence that this is no pump and dump. This is a real company with real products. They plan on announcing distributors in addition to Mr. Checkout in the near future. There only real competition for hemp infused drinks is Canna Energy. He said their sales had been lackluster at best.
I am adding to my 800,000 share position tomorrow while I can still afford lt. GLTA!
I called corporate THCX yesterday and explained that I was a significant investor and was interested in speaking with someone about the company.
The receptionist said she would relay my message to Jerry Grissafi. I was surprised to get a call back about 1:00 today from John Greenwood, the head of online distribution for the company.
Here are some bullet points from our discussion.
Cold Spring Brewery in Minnesota produced about 4,100 cases recently for the first shipment to Amazon centers. This was a test run and obviously the test went better than expected. The product sold out in 3 hours with zero dollars spent on marketing. Cold Springs will produce 45,000 cases for the next run anticipated to ship in about two weeks. Right now online distribution is primarily Amazon. I asked about Alibaba but my contact was not privy to Alibaba inventory.
He came across as genuine and enthusiastic. I asked about the production capabilities of their single source bottler Cold Springs. He said they are exploring additional bottlers to take care of anticipated increases in demand for the products.
Right now they are doing some road shows in other states. With the help of Rhino marketing, they plan on doing events at colleges and universities across the country. I work as the advertising director for a southern University in Tennessee and live 30 miles from the Murfreesboro, TN Amazon plant. I handle the advertising and marketing for the campus newspaper as well as related directories. I suggested that they invest in advertising in college newspapers and college media websites. I have been doing advertising and marketing for 30 years. Their primary demo is age 20-35.
The alcohol versions (wine and related alcohol hemp infused beverages) should be coming out sometime this summer.
I asked about the increase in authorized in outstanding shares and he explained that, even though he is not a finance guy, obviously start ups need to raise cash to cover marketing/distribution
Authorized shares went from 400 million to 600 million
Looking to get back in around .14 later this week.
That bothers me.
We started with yesterday's volume of 28 million and now at 46 million so we have traded 18 million shares today. Called Schwab and they said they would look into it. Never seen this happen before. Hope its not some hanky panky.
THCZ just shipped 45000 cases of their Rocky Mountain High lemonade, tea and energy drink to Amazon warehouses. The Tennessee warehouse sold out in three hours and more are begin manufactured to be shipped mid April.
Would be worth $180,000 right now!
On the move
Started the day with 28 million shares traded. I will call them.
It's at $140 now with Coke as a partner. Don't listen to the bashers who refer to earnings and cash. the company just started selling product in the last few weeks for God's sakes.
Nice to close near HOD!!!
