So you wouldn't recommend buying at these levels? Surely the world is not coming to an end and that OIL will be higher again in the future. I have been watching this every day too. It seems to follow OIL prices down. I am waiting for OIL to hit bottom then buy. Right now it seems to pay a very high dividend for those that want to wait.

I think the thinking now is that PSEC is going to spin out a number of separate companies from within PSEC thus reducing PSECs value without current shareholders being compensated for the spin out. If so the company will be worth less and the DIV may fall.

So isn't that what the folks said at $12-13? When you are dealing with crooks there is no sure bets! Wait until Jan 5th when they say they can't release the numbers or they say we need to make a few more changes.

It seems that wall street has again proven that people that run these types of companies are a den of thieves! ARCP is another good example. I think there should me a mandatory jail time of at least 10 years at hard labor for anyone caught cooking the books like ARCP plus banded for life of every working as an executive in a public company.
