perception is how it happens people see 100 shares trades 100's at a time on the sell side,even thugh the seller does not own these shares or even control them it give the perception that some are selling thus lowering the PPS.
I sell to you and you sell to me back and forth and we promise to never call for those shares on either side of the trade. All the while with shares that do not actually even exist.......AIR SHARES -
