Yes, you would want to go with the law firm that has the most plaintiffs. If you are their only plaintiff, all their expenses will be deducted from your claim and your net proceeds will be miniscule. The more plaintiffs that share the cost, the more payout you get. Also check their reputation. You may want to stay away from those that have horrible reputation. These are the worst lawyers you will encounter. They figure you are not paying anything out so what does it matter to you. They will collect what they can and hand you the left over (after legal expenses and lawyer costs).
