There have been many theories and accusations about the Benghazi fiasco that not only cost Ambassador J. Christian Stevens his life, but the lives of his staff and one Navy Seal body-guard as well. This action which led to a complete conflagration of terrorist attacks against US diplomatic buildings throughout the Middle East and North Africa still remains largely uninvestigated by the government, unprosecuted by AG Eric Holder’s Depart of Justice, and refuses to bring the guilty parties to justice while many know the truth and are not coming forward. Even though President Obama is implicated in this overseas tragedy still the truth has not emerged.


That has all changed. Finally, an authoritative figure with the proper credentials has stepped up to the plate to tell the true story of what did happen without the lies and cover-ups that have so far kept those guilty of murder from standing trial. The admission on the part of this man will likely blow the Benghazi scandal wide open and lead to arrests if we can get our legal system to act as it should. That, however, is a big if.

In December 2012, vaccine tragedy hit the small village of Gouro, Chad, Africa, situated on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Five hundred children were locked into their school, threatened that if they did not agree to being force-vaccinated with a meningitis A vaccine, they would receive no further education. These children were vaccinated without their parents’ knowledge. This vaccine was an unlicensed product still going through the third and fourth phases of testing.

Within hours, one hundred six children began to suffer from headaches, vomiting, severe uncontrollable convulsions and paralysis. The children’s wait for a doctor began. They had to wait one full week for a doctor to arrive while the team of vaccinators just carried on vaccinating others from the village. More children became sick.

When the doctor finally came, he could do nothing for the children. The team of vaccinators, upon seeing what had happened, fled the village in fear.

Fifty children were finally transferred to a hospital in Faya and later taken by plane to two hospitals in N’Djamena, the capital city of Chad. After being shuttled around like cattle, these sick, weak children were dumped back in their village without a diagnosis and each family was given an unconfirmed sum of £1000 by the government. With new revelations of scandal surfacing almost daily, there are apt comparisons to Watergate, of course. But say this for Richard Nixon: at his worst, the man’s political ambitions never went much beyond stealing an election and settling an old score with the press. The political career of Barack Obama, on the other hand, has been animated by an overweening vision that seeks nothing less than the further enlargement of Big Government so that even the most ardent disciples of the New Deal might someday stand in awe of His achievement. But would they? FDR at least had a Keynesian excuse for ramping up fiscal stimulus and expanding Washington’s reach, since the U.S. had been wallowing in depression for more than a decade. We’ll concede that Obama was dealt a


bad hand, economically speaking, but his response has made FDR look like a piker. For in fact, the gargantuan deficits he has piled up to push housing and share prices higher have put the U.S. on an inexorable path toward bankruptcy. Moreover, the suspicion grows that this has been his intention all along, since the helpful illusion that Government alone can save us from a repeat of the 1930s will always be strongest when economic misery is at its worst. Although Obama would surely put FDR and Keynes in his pantheon of political heroes, both men would be appalled at what he has wrought in their name.

And now he has become a lame-duck president just five months into his second term. Under his watch, the IRS went on a witch-hunt targeting his political adversaries; the FBI spied on Associated Press reporters; and four Americans were murdered in Benghazi, Libya, because the State Department and White House were negligent, possibly criminally, in failing to protect them. As serious as these matters are, Americans are about to be richly entertained by a full accounting of lies, misdeeds and coverups that could eventually implicate the IRS, the FBI and a president with the unmitigated arrogance to deny that any of it was his fault. This won’t wash with the American people, and we might therefore expect the stench of the Obama presidency to grow even more foul until the day he leaves office.

Scandal Too Juicy to Ignore

Even his most ardent defenders on the far left have turned against him, including a chiding David Letterman and MSNBC’s Chris Matthews. We await a hostile declaration from Sean Penn, since that would surely seal Obama’s fate. In the meantime, this hat-trick of scandals is too juicy for even a left-tilting press to contrive to ignore. They managed to tune out Bill Ayers, Reverend Wright and Obama’s unsavory background as a political rabble rouser and favored son of Chicago’s corrupt political machine. This time, however, the scandal is just too juicy for his erstwhile defenders to ignore. Assuming the malignant Obamacare goes down with the presidency, the Republic will rally to survive. For now, though, Americans – especially conservatives – can sit back and enjoy the show.

Note the quote by Bill Gross, above. If the bond market’s Bull Run is over, then interest rates by definition must rise. Are rising interest rates a positive for the housing market? Are they good for the stock market? Do they help the economy? What will the Fed do when their beloved QE programs have failed and interest rates are rising in spite of the Fed’s bond buying? Can they stop purchasing bonds with rates RISING? Won’t the interest rates rise much faster when the Fed stops buying the bonds? Lots of questions; and the answer to each of them is as plain as the nose on your face. And the answers are not good for anything but gold and silver prices. Don’t be tricked by the day-to-day market “noise.” That’s just the echo of the hedge funds and TBTP Wall Street banks moving mountains of money around into and out of individual stocks and sectors all in the name of a short-term profit. No, forget about that – and pay attention to the wisdom of Bill Gross. He is telling you where all of this is headed. And his story, coincidentally, is the same one you read here at Miles Franklin. Schectman, Hoffman and Holter have all painted the same picture, dubbing the bond market the “biggest bubble of them all.”

What’s up with gold?

The hedge funds with the enormous amount of “hot money” are going short (paper on Comex) gold all the way down to zero. The bullion banks are issuing reports that the bull market is over. Then they quietly unload as many of their shorts to the funds as they can and go long. The physical market in London is on fire. Over 40 tonnes of gold moved out of London to Asia on Friday, when gold dropped to $1,445. The Chinese are buying all the dips and the Indians, who would traditionally wait for the price to fall before buying, are now forced to compete with China for their gold. They have to come into the market sooner or risk losing the gold to the Chinese. The gold market is tight. Deliveries are stretching out to two or three weeks or more. Premiums are rising to ridiculous levels. The fundamentals for a moon-shot in gold are building by the day.

Energy companies – with the help of the federal government – have created yet another environmental catastrophe in southern Louisiana.

False Flag-O-Meter reaches the red zone

This is a short but urgent warning: A false flag event, an act of war, a bombing or some other headlines-grabbing orchestrated event is very likely to occur in the next seven days precisely because the Obama administration is under intense fire right now and needs a quick distraction. In stage magic, it’s called the “art of misdirection.” In politics, it’s called the “Clinton method.”

This is exactly what Bill Clinton did over and over again during his administration: Any time he was about to be raked over the coals for some political scandal, he would simply order the bombing of another “terrorist factory” somewhere around the globe. Magically, the Clinton News Network (CNN) would shift coverage to this heroic act of “national defense” and stop asking questions about his scandal back at home. That would give the Clinton administration enough time to intimidate, threaten or murder whoever might have been involved. (Vince Foster, remember?)

Right now, Hilary Clinton and President Obama are facing the possible downfall of their political careers over the Benghazi cover-up. Thanks to recent testimony, we now know that the Obama administration actually ordered the stand-down of U.S. military forces, directly causing the death of a U.S. ambassador as well as those in the embassy who attempted to save his life.

This is a scandal many times more explosive than Watergate. As the Benghazi investigation unfolds, it may very well end up in the forced resignation of Obama himself.

“Greenlighting” a pre-planned operation

To avoid that from happening, Clinton, Obama and all the other globalist minions in Washington D.C. are trying to figure out what false flag scheme they have ready to go right now. They desperately need to pull the trigger on something: a bombing, a mass shooting, a hundred dead kids bleeding out on public sidewalks or something that can distract the media (and the public) from asking too many questions on Benghazi.

Hence the red zone of the False Flag-O-Meter. It’s now sitting in very dangerous territory, and the worse the scrutiny gets over Benghazi or the recent revelations that the IRS targeted conservative groups and Jews for punitive scrutiny during the 2012 elections, the more likely a false flag event becomes.

When a major crime story like the Cleveland Kidnapping breaks, you have to send in Nancy Grace. However, since Nancy Grace is a poorly-medicated vengeance demon who’s always just a bad morning away from ending up on her own show, you also send in a real anchor with whom she can “correspond.” Unfortunately, it’s hard to get shooting permits in Cleveland on short notice, so you set up in the same parking lot. Do us a favor, CNN, just put them next to each other and have them talk into each other’s faces instead of relaying their words through satellites to come back down 30 feet away like we’re idiots.

An intriguing article titled "Canada Includes Depositor Haircut Bail-In Provision for Systemically Important Banks in 2013 Budget" was recently published in SD Bullion.

The somewhat lengthy title offers all the information necessary, but for those who – quite understandably – may not be able to accept that they have just watched Canada tumble down the Cypriot rabbit hole, here is a bit more detail from the approved budget itself:

"The Government proposes to implement a bail-in regime for systemically important banks. This regime will be designed to ensure that, in the unlikely event that a systemically important bank depletes its capital, the bank can be recapitalized and returned to viability through the very rapid conversion of certain bank liabilities into regulatory capital."

Customer deposits could certainly fall under the label of "certain bank liabilities," and converting them into "regulatory capital" without permission is just a gentle way of describing confiscation. Though Canadian officials have denied that the term "certain bank liabilities" includes customer deposits, we must note that the government in Cyprus also promised that customer deposits would not be touched, only to renege on that promise at the onset of the crisis. Remember lesson #1 of the Cyprus debacle: "Do Not Trust Politicians."

As the recent events in Cyprus have been unfolding, each iteration has seemed to me to be not only logical, but almost predictable. As Jim Sinclair has recently been stating frequently, the EU has run out of options… The next step is confiscation.

There will, of course, be endless rhetoric and debate, followed by minor adjustments in method and percentage taken, but, ultimately, the powers-that-be have reached the confiscation stage. That is now carved in stone.

But at this point, if we are watching the horizon, we will spend less of our time mourning the fall of Cyprus and more of it anticipating which countries will be next in line.

“In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group ‘Americans for Freedom of Information’ has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College …

Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.

The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.

To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, ‘Obama Eligibility Questioned,’ leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.”

In my book, Light In A Dark Place, I quote from EP Heidner's Collateral Damage which confirms what Professor Fekete had surmised-but Barrick wasn't laundering gold to complete a gold acquisition program as believed by Professor Fekete - Barrick was, in fact, laundering China's stolen gold to bring it into the international banking system.

US Intelligence operations had been siphoning off the gold [China's stolen gold] for three decades. However in 1986 Vice President George Bush took over the gold from Marcos and the gold was removed to a series of banks, notably Citibank, Chase Manhattan, Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, UBS and Banker's Trust, and held in a depository in Kloten, Switzerland.

In 1992, George Bush[former Director of the CIA] served on the Advisory Board of Barrick Gold. The Barrick operation would create billions of dollars of paper gold by creating 'gold derivatives' É[and] would become an investment for nearly every gold bullion bank associated with the Marcos gold recovery [China's stolen gold]. These banks would loan gold to Barrick, which would then sell the borrowed gold as derivatives, with the promise of replacing the borrowed gold with their gold mining operation.

Barrick, which has no mining operations in Europe, used two refineries in Switzerland: MKS Finance S.A. and Argor-Heraeus S.A. - both on the Italian border near Milan, a few hours away from the gold depository in ZurichÉThe question that Barrick and other banks needed to avoid answering is: what gold was Barrick refining in Switzerland, as they have no mines in that region?

Barrick would become a quiet gold-producing partner for a number of major banks, and its activities became subject to an FBI investigation into gold-price-fixing. CONJECTURE, CONJURING AND CONFIDENCE GAMES

The drop in the price of gold has ignited a frenzy of gold-buying around the world. It is my belief that the gold being sold is not China's stolen gold, but gold purloined from the central banks of countries still vulnerable to the considerable pressure of Western central banks.

In 2012, India's central bank, the Royal Bank of India, received a High Court notice to explain gold deposits currently with the Bank of England and the Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland. India's central bank is required by law to keep 85% of its gold reserves in India yet 47% of India's gold is deposited with the Bank of England and the Bank of International Settlements, read here.

It is likely that India's gold has been leased by the Bank of England in order to suppress the price of gold. India is a former crown colony and its imperial shackles have not yet been completely removed.

The international monetary system based on credit and debt is, in truth, a confidence game in which gold was once a critical component. But when ties between paper money and gold were severed in 1971, confidence in the bankers' paper money began to falter; and, today we are witness to what happens when confidence in a global confidence game begins to evaporate.
