"You don't need Smith, period and Sprint has adopted this tech on BOTH ends "

This statement proves the mental mango has no comprehension of what SMSI actually does You really do need to stop drooling and salivating over QCOM meaningless phrases and begin to grasp what the SMSI software actually does.

Here's a clue, mental mango. Three tier 1 carriers, one of which is Verizon, and one major cable MSO don't buy stuff they don't need. Even a mental mango should be able to grasp that without needing to understand anything about technology at all - which you clearly don't. You do, however, have an amazing ability to copy and paste meaningless QCOM PRs which have nothing to do with SMSI whatsoever even if they did make any sense. CnE is dead in the water mental mango. That is why the statement about their inability to provide a date for commercialization is still on their web site - over TWO YEARS after they announced it.

"we’re calling it Qualcomm MU | EFX"

Not long after they named it MU-MIMO, they now rename it to MU EFX!!! The QCOM PR department go into overdrive as they create more meaningless acronyns which get the mental mango droolinjg and sailvating and needing another fix in the three letter abbreviation orgasmatron.

But what's this...."multiply performance"!! Yet another completely meaningless phrase.

I can't take any more of this!! It is just too hilarious for words!!

" the veg's will hunt you down and go for your throat."

Indeed they will. Problem is all the veg are most likely ex-employees who were let go due to being dead wood and now they bear the most munumental of grudges as the company goes from strength to strength without them. So they vent their frustration out on this message board. They are all so immature.

"With a better wifi network, smith micro's carrier network offload software becomes more valuable, as the demands on 3g and 4g will be even more reduced, if offloaded by smith micro software."

At last!! An intelligent human being joins the board!!

"A cursory glance at the financials and the stock behavior for the last 5 years"

Yet another vacant vacuous vegetable who needs to understand the business cycle. Please start at page 1 Chapter 1 of the book "Business Management For Complete Beginners"

At least we all know there is no chance of this veg owning any shares no matter what it posts when the share price rises.

    Release time is near:

"With all the benefits of CnE, I am sure you want to know when it is commercially available and when you can get your hands on it. Well, I can’t tell you that"

I do, of course, realize, that the vacant vacuous veg who mostly populate this board need to be told many, many times before any message sinks in.

This is the second time the mental mango has been told. Anyone want to guess how many more times it has to be told before it grasps this very simple message? CnE never made it out of the lab. No more funding. They could not get it to work. That is why the message above is still on the QCOM web site.

  • be_accurate by be_accurate Nov 15, 2014 11:45 AM Flag

Go to the QCOM web site and search for CnE. This is live today and available to read on their web site.

"With all the benefits of CnE, I am sure you want to know when it is commercially available and when you can get your hands on it. Well, I can’t tell you that"

This is extracted DIRECTLY off the QCOM web site. They announced CnE over 2 years ago and they still can't tell us when it will be commercially available. Why? Because it never made it out of the lab. The best they could do is make a video.

Now you start to worry about those phablets running away on MSM8616s and wonder whether the cow has found the fish...MU-MIMO. Much more interesting!!

"And if you think CnE is not coming Think Again"

I don't need to "think again", mental mango. The words are currently on the QCOM web site. "I can't give you a date for commercialization". It's dead in the lab, mental mango. I realize how upsetting that must be for you, mental mango. But please try and take a dose of the truth rather then meaningless three letter abbreviations and meaningless phrases. I realize how comforting it is for you to think of those little phablets running away on MSM8616s and the cow looking for a fish, MU-MIMO, but do try and grasp it's all marketing PT nonsense. I realize what a shock this must be for you. But better to accept it now than let this linger for much longer.

And on and on it posts these PRs which have absolutely nothing to do with SMSI. The mental mango is so dim he doesn't even realize this is the SMSI message board. The clue is in the title mental mango. Do try and grasp it.

  • be_accurate be_accurate Nov 15, 2014 8:45 AM Flag

"Totally Wrong Again ! The Test failed !"

I see you have no ability to think for yourself whatsoever. Just post meaningless three letter abbreviations and meaningless phrases and regurgitate meaningless QCOM PRs. That is the sum total of your inability, mental mango. You need to get a brain.

    "It calls it the FSM90xx"

Oh no!! It's the FSM90xx!! Wow!! Wow!! How exciting!!

    "when paired with Qualcomm's RFICs"

And just look at this!! It is going to be paired with the QCOM RFIC!! Fantastic!! Stunning!!

    "with MU-MIMO"

It's a breakthought!! We now have the FSM90CC paried with the QCOM RFIC with MU-MIMO!! Unbelieveable!! Incredible!! What stunning news!!

Oh!! Stop it mental mango!! Please stop it!! My sides can't take any more!!

  • What facts do we know.....

    (1) Verizon will be contributing to revenues in Q4.
    (2) Verizon only allowed SMSI to mention their name but not any details of the service SMSI is providing.
    (3) The Netwise platform is much much more than a WiFi offload service as SMSI repurposes it to solve different problems
    (4) Netwise implements policies via a client on the device.
    (5) Historically, SMSI has made its money by charging royalties for client software.

Now, veg, what can we conclude from all this? Here is my analysis.

Assuming SMSI is implementing the same business model as it has done previously by charging royalties for client software, this is how they will make their money from Netwise i.e. by charging royaties for the software which resides on the mobile device. Now, veg, looking on how revenues ramped when they sold the Connection Manager to Verizon, it took around 18 months from the time the deal was announced to the time revenues peaked. Given the Verizon deal was announced in Q3 it was probably agreed sometime in Q2.

Conclusion, veg? It looks like it will take another 12 months for revenues to start to stabilise at much higher levels. But by then, if revenues grow at the same rate as they did last quarter and with P/E of 30, I calculate the share price will be around $11 by the end of next year.

Now, veg. Are you learning yet? This is how experienced investors analyse companies and make enough money not to have to work. Get it, veg?

"Buying $89 worth is pointless to the rest of us."

Once again the veg shows how dim it is by believeing everything it reads on a message board.

"long term this stock just keeps declining"

Thats how dim this veg is. The stock is UP over 20% from its lows but the vacant vacuous veg post the drivel above. There are some veg here who have less intelligence than a cabbage.

    "It's a fortune to him"

One minute the veg are asking how I have so much time to post here. Then the veg post that I have "lost a fortune". The poor old veg can't make their minds up.

Look, veg. This isn't that hard. If someone has all the time in the world to post on this board do you think they need to work?

Now do something for the first time in your life and start to think.

    "He never buys anything"

Just the sort of mindless vacuous brain dead drivel that I have come to expect from this board. I really do not know what it is about this board that seems to attract the dimmest life forms on the planet.

    "Oh! My! Aching! Sides!"

They always say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Thank you, veg. I can fully understand and appreciate why you would want to imitate me. Now you just sit back and watch and learn, veg.

"You have lost so much on this stock"

Look, veg, I realize you are very dim but even you must know which is greater 85 or 95? Now remember, veg, I bought at 85 and the price is currently 95. And the post is on this board for all to read.

Go on. Give it your best shot.
