No, wrong DA, I was charged for 4 tickets for 2 people on two seperate occasions, the $140 was credited back to my account after my complaints, paperwork, ect. Then 3 months later I was charged again for 2 tickets never issued by the kiosk, plain as day with witnesses (no tickets, yet charged, no fans in the seats of the phantom tickets).

I was not impressed by the sleazy way BOA handled the situation - 2.9 months your money is back in your account, then last day of dispute $140 is gone again.

Top this with the Braves calling me and offering 2 free tickets to any game I wanted? And yes we complained during and after the game with Braves officals - my point, ripped off!

BOA has a duty and responsibility to fully investigate transaction fraud, this case a failure.

Last baseball season I had returned to Atlanta from a long hiatus and was asked to take a disabled friend (she can't drive) to a Braves game and I was more than happy to do so, she is a huge fan. This was the beginning of the season and the Braves were off to a great start.
Well, we got the ballpark and it was packed (day game) so I opted for the ticket kiosk and $70 per tickets behind the plate. Well, after inserting my BOA debit card and thinking I was buying two $70 tickets the kiosk shut down and never issued the tickets - but as you can surmise I was charged for those first two tickets.
OK, let’s stand in-line for 20 minutes and buy the next best tickets, next to where we were going to have seats - boom no problem another $140.
Already long story, but over 3 months I contested the first attempted purchase of premium tickets we never received, filled out the paperwork and avadavat, took calls from the Braves offering me two free tickets to any game I wanted (sounds like they knew about the kiosk failure) and I can't use them if I am on the other side of the planet?
So, this little game with BOA and the Braves sales person went on for maybe 3 months, until the deadline of the dispute was reached - and the boom - back on my account goes the $140 in disputed charges.
    I was ripped off!!!!
