The Reorg and Name Change vote is just a formality since Carl Icahn controls 55% of it since each Series J is 40 votes. Reorg is necessary to protect the NOL and possible redemption of the Series J shares by April 9. The Series J shares don't vote for the reverse, so Icahn only controls 17% of that vote.
I believe the Reorg will go through, there will be a name change and a reverse.
