    Time to Accumulate ACTC
There is a rainbow and a pot of gold in ACTC's horizon. That being said, when you see consistent, at the ask prices, large block buys, of a stock, especially a junior biotech stock you know it is time to pay closer attention to this play. It is time to accumulate and even add more to any existing positions because IT IS COMING!

What is coming, you'd ask? As a holder of ORMPs, this pattern with ACTC is like watching the same favorite movie over again, except this time in very slow motion, that you can see each frame. My first question with ACTC's buying frenzy was who is buying...cheers and why were they buying? Level II gave me the same pattern I saw with ORMP. Being an avid chartist and technical enthusiast, the result of my superimposing the ACTC chart patterns over ORMP gave me goose bumps...WHOA, Dejavu!

What is coming, my hunch is the r/s is coming in an emergency shareholder meeting to approve the measure. The ratio of the split, will depend on their goals...short term as well as long term. There are several catalysts that will drive the short term goals, which will include uplisting to NASDAQ. The hiring of Teddy within days of their last CC supports this theory. I suspect the r/s may come about the end of summer to VERY early fall to coincide with their planned release of their "TANTALIZING" results.

These results should sustain the pps post split, as well as drive the pps into option territory, which will be a positive light for a junior biotech company effecting a r/s and uplisting at the same time, a la ORMP. Optionable equities attract institutional investors. Other catalysts that will drive or sustain pps post split, will include JV with Big Pharma, who have been interested in obtaining data from ACTC for DD as Gary alluded to in the recent CC.. It is a slow process, but the stage is set and ACTC is poised to deliver unmet medical needs, IMHO.

Accumulating at this point will help the retail investor with a profitable number of shares post split.

Look little boy- I was Corp. I flew off of Navy carriers on two deployment "cruises"- I was never stationed or did any deployment in Japan. Also, to get your wings as a Marine Corp aviator- you follow and train with Naval aviators at the same facilities in the same "pipeline", in both primary and advanced flight training and in my case being jets, thus the "Tailhook syllabus" which of course included "trapping" aboard/qualifying aboard a Naval carrier as part of the process and then additional time and final flights in the "Advanced strike pipeline". My "wings" are the same awarded to "Naval Aviators" - that's the way it works. Marine Corp and Naval aviation operations are tightly coupled- it's not unusual in the slightest to co-train, or fly for example with a Marine pilot in the left or front seat and say a Naval RIO or bombardier/navigator (Flight Officer) in the back or right seat depending on the aircraft, I did it on many occasions (Ex: the "Navy" Blue Angels almost always have a Marine Corp pilot on the team, I know several personally). We often fly the same aircraft, example an F/A-18, though the two branches have variants/modifications in some cases to suit mission/roles better- example the "C" configuration used by both, but the Corp ordered the "D" version for ground support/night w/ a RIO rear seater. All my combat operations/missions completed were flown from land based, Terra Firma runways. The bulk of my time "in", barring two "cruise" deployments was spent in places where there's lots of desert and sand and often ending in terms like "stan" or training State side where one of the major Marine air wings is stationed (West or East coast)- you figure out the rest. I "passed through" Japan a few times. My wife is Asian- but not even remotely "Japanese". Again, your ignorance of how vast "Asia" and the reach of what "Asian" means- is on par with your sub 3rd grade education. Call it a night pud boy- you're past boring and stupid too boot. Really

"Financial guru, marine fighter pilot, and now pharmaceutical entrepreneur? "?? Karly, you make it sound as if this is so "unusual" or unique or something? 1) GO TO COLLEGE ROTC SCHOLARSHIP. 2) GRADUATE age 21 and enter Marine Corps. Complete flight school Pensacola and Beeville get wings, complete training at Whidbey Island, fly for 8 plus years, including combat tour 3) Leave Corps by choice. Enter FREE MARKET and use engineering degree(s) plural to work in a large variety of tech/engineering/mgt roles in a variety of industries, one of which includes what would be deemed "medical", not "pharma". 4) One company pays for MBA along the way, $50K worth of education, so why not take it? So complete an MBA which gives good background in "financials" and also allows upward track into more Sr. Mgt. positions. END OF STORY. I know many, many former active duty pilots (Corps, Navy, even Air Force) who hold tech degrees and did the same. I also know many who went into "consulting" such as Pentagon work or "think tank" depending on their degree, some are in computer sci, some are still flying- for major airlines to being "bush" pilots in remote areas to chopper pilots who now fly medi-vac for hospitals or local governments (guy I grew up with right down my block- went Navy, went to sub school, changed mind, went to flight school choppers, retired at 20 yrs Lt Commander, now flies medi-vac out of Colorado- same age as me, same war as me, missed each other in flight school by about one year), to guy's/gals who left the service as aviators and now own small businesses or are stock brokers or who sell insurance- I know a former A-6 driver who's now a fitness trainer, he's as ripped as when I knew him way back in the day, "fitness" is his gig and he sells Real Estate in Vegas on the side for cash flow. What the H is so "unusual" about any of that? What do you think real people do in the real freaking world?

" your life is better of course "
You did not hear that from me, I just know that my life is good and it was good when the German Playboy wrote about me as a guy who has everything. Not even that long ago they wanted to write a follow up, I denied. I was afraid beside a few other things , that this flashy journalist was more interested in my daughter than in me. He has one of those twisted mustaches, going up to his ears. But it sounds bigger than it is. All it was that we brought every year a bunch of journalists to Sheppard AFB including this Playboy guy and he just made a big story out of this poor FP who married a pretty, rich American girl. But the way he wrote it was fun and I still keep that magazine to show my wife, how she was thinking about me back then. She regrets every word she said. Too late, LOL LOL

jsmitty128, You need to marry 'into a vast fortune' like fighterpilot. He's on a self-imposed leave of absence from posting on this mb, but I'm sure he lurks in background. Most likely he spends his days watching whales from his maui condo, and punching his maui beach filled sand sack.

    By fighterpilot, 17-Apr-12 01:03 pm
keep let me ask you a question What do you not understand on such a simple story. There is this FIGHTERPILOT from Germany, smart and good looking. He marries into a vast fortune of oil, farming and banking and he becomes an investor after he retires from the military. Are you really THAT stupid to understand such a simple story which as I have stated before was featured in an old Playboy Magazine, which is right here in my desk.

    Re: The rare bird

Deme you know my German background in intelligence. It was my area of expertise, I have explained the situation to so many friends, but the last thing a lot of those folks like to do, is to listen to those who are experts in a certain field. They rather hear what they like to hear and there are plenty who want to get elected or sell their paper.

    Re: hey fighterpileit...
    By fighterpilot, 27-May-12 02:41 pm
Well you got at least a few things right and yes we had Colorado Air Force Academy graduates in my glass from the top 4 % due to the fact that after graduation only top fighter assignments were handed out due to German stipulation which had a different transport pilot program and demanded the highest standards for the one million Dollar, they paid for the T 37 T 38 training. The planes belonged to the German Airforce with American flag. I got my American wings and my German wings after this program in Sheppard AFB which I completed as best in my class. Another year of training in Luke AFB on the Starfighter followed, which I finished as the top gun. From there back to Germany for additional weather training and two years of combat ready training with a graduate of the American war college and FP in my German squadron. Test pilot , Instructor, and operational command over American pilots might look to you as missing equivalent qualifications. Well , not to me, and I have double citizenship for your information. A dream life which many do not have, but they have a computer and a YAHOO MB to spread their envy and #$%$. And "Yes" I married an exceptional pretty and rich American girl. And this was just the tip of the iceberg for my great life I had so far. Too bad that we have so many losers on this MB, too bad that so many left for this reason. Now all the best to you. The sun is shining in San Diego.Maybe you know this better too.:-:-)

    The National Law Review
SEC Targets Corporate Insiders for Failing to Promptly Disclose Stock Transactions
posted on: Thursday, September 18, 2014

    (excerpt)

In a separate case announced by the SEC on the same date, a company was charged with violations of the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act and the antifraud provisions in the proxy rules under the Exchange Act as well as those under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (Securities Act).[3] The SEC charged the company, Advanced Cell Technology Inc., with making false and misleading statements regarding its CEO’s noncompliance with Section 16(a) reporting requirements. In particular, the company reported four late Form 4 filings by the CEO and other late filings by certain of its directors but made no disclosure about the CEO’s failure to report trading in the company’s common stock on 14 other trading days. The SEC deemed the company’s misstatements to be false and misleading, stating that “[t]here is a substantial likelihood that [the CEO’s] trades would have significant importance to the reasonable Advanced Cell investor given, among other things, his position as CEO, the frequency with which he was selling Advanced Cell stock, and his failures to comply with reporting requirements.”

Let me try one more time. I am very optimistic about GENTA's chances to raise sufficient funds.I just
do not share your opinion that excellent scientific results lead to an avalange of money heading your way.The experience I am talking about is that several times I thought our publications in the most prestigious journals would lead to nonstop ringing of our phones. It did not happen. This is not a negative experience it is reality, but it also means that with the necessary persistence a company can overcome this " overlooked " status. I believe GENTA is getting there.

    The case for "longs"
    1. If GENTAs anti cancer drugs get approved,I think we agree that the price for the stock will be above $100.
    2. Trading in and out of the stock might be a method for some, in my case it was the reason for some big missed opportunities.
    3. If someone believes in the technology of GENTA, he should enjoy being part of an exciting development. Staying on the sidelines is no fun.
    3. In Dr.von Hoff we have a scientist which will give his best. Read again his biographical sketch.Consider his present associations.
Conclusion: Staying on the side line, trading in and out, not being part of this development, having no convictions would be for me not satisfying. WE ARE TALKING CANCER!!!
