    Citation:

    11/10/14 Form 10-Q

    (excerpts)
We believe that our current cash balance, and the $20,243,104 available to us under the Lincoln Park financing arrangement, will be sufficient to fund our operations into the second half of 2015. This belief is based on the assumption that our stock price does not realize any significant or prolonged decreases. Our ability to fund our operations through the Lincoln Park arrangement is highly dependent on our stock price. A significant decline in our share price could force us to curtail our operations in part, or entirely. We are continually in discussions with potential investors and collaborators to explore alternative sources of funding which may or may not result in immediate and substantial dilution to the our stockholders, so that we may either extend our current cash runway beyond the second half of 2015 or accelerate the rate of investment in our many clinical and pre-clinical programs.

We cannot assure you that public or private financing or grants will be available on acceptable terms, if at all. Several factors will affect our ability to raise additional funding, including, but not limited to, the volatility of our common stock. If we are unable to raise additional funds, we will be forced to either scale back our business efforts or curtail our business activities entirely.

Other than our arrangement with Lincoln Park, we have no sources of debt or equity capital committed for funding. We can provide no assurance that we will be successful in any funding effort.

Our ability to execute our business strategy and sustain our infrastructure at our currently planned levels will be impacted by whether or not we have sufficient funds. Depending on market conditions and our ability to maintain financial stability, we may not have access to additional funds on reasonable terms or at all. Any inability to obtain additional funds when needed would have an adverse effect on our business and on our ability to operate on an ongoing basis.

Foul names is not the best way to go, but not nearly as bad as the fact that you support a stalker and creep who brings my beloved father and family into atrocity speculations and uses every private note from me to exploit it in the most ugly and distorting way. This is bad keep, this is real bad and makes you bad too.

Kolbert noted, “The capital raise news was announced on December 2, 2014 and we have not heard of any progress since then. We view management being radio silent as a bad sign. We conclude that the target raise of ~$50 million may be beyond the reach of this company without highly discounted terms. As such there may be downside from current levels. Our concern is the time that has passed with no news and the quality of terms.”

To be clear, buying stock in a company like this barley qualifies as investing – it’s more speculation. Here’s how I do it: 95% of my money is in high quality stocks. I save 5% for speculative, emerging, wing and a prayer companies such as AC – If I can’t find something I like I keep cash. So with the potential for something big at $.08 a share who wouldn’t be a buyer? You just need to have some barriers on how much you’d commit.

Does this approach work? Over 15 years of this approach I can boast one true success – Telmex at $.25 when it was first listed as an ADR. That one gain, I sold for about $20, more then makes up for my other stupid ideas.

AC popped onto my radar screen from my sister-in-law who works for a company that has a very different therapy for macular degeneration. While the two companies’ approaches are very different, both of the lead technologies seem to have some promise in treating various cancers as well as other diseases. If you belief in the potential of stem cell technology AC offers some great potential.

Taking my optimistic outlook out of this context is "THE BIG DISTORTION " of bear.

Maxim Downgrades Ocata Therapeutics As There May Be Downside From Current Levels
December 19, 2014 5:37 PM EDT by Ben Mahaney

In a research report published Friday, Maxim Group analyst Jason Kolbert downgraded shares of Ocata Therapeutics (NASDAQ:OCAT) from Buy to Hold, as the company plans to raise capital by issuing 10M new shares. No price target was provided.

The analyst concluded, “We like the fundamental science and technology but we are concerned that the near-term risk as a result of the announced financing could result in a substantially lower stock price. As such, we feel compelled to lower our rating to hold and suspend our price target until we have more clarity on the outcome, at which time we can revisit the fundamentals.”

A couple of million I'm proud to say, and maybe that's not a lot of money, that's not a lot to some people, but I don't know, to me that's a lot. I firmly believe in what you're doing here, what's going on, but can I ask you something, and I hope not to be redundant. Where's the money at in this? I mean you would think, where are the big dogs at, Pfizer, Merck. I mean, has anybody from ACTC kind of like had lunch with one of these guys? You know what I mean sir? Any big dogs lookin, I mean any prospects, that's what I wanted to ask you, because this all sounds exciting, all great, but where's the money.

Can someone explain the intelligence field to the pixel stalker
Obviously he watches too many movies about spies. Bear to give you a hint. There is gathering, analysis, recommendations and decisions, divided in separated agencies. But for an idiot and smear champion like you who considers every Third Reich soldier connected to atrocities there is no room for education.

Re: Be warned. Freddy is the demon. Especially important is the warning to avoid conversations with the demon..........

If you choose to, don the spiritual armor..........

    Eph 6:10-18 (NIV)

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
