mark, as I said, feb 15 was the same as feb 14, not my opinion, but from the various airlines sites. and no baby yet? get that woman of yours working. lol
well there is and continues to be a very strong correlation between WTI/Brent/Jet. The future could be different but the past says different.
I went to the fed govt site (think it was BTS actually), which shows cancellations from the prior year, by month, by airlines, etc and compared that to cancellation stats I found for the current year on another flight stat site (flightstats) and AAL(including all of it's affiliates) was running at about the same pace in terms of cancellations. For what it is worth.
So, the last one to buy the bit of storage space wins. And the next guy loses out. Not unlike musical chairs. Appears traders are doing the hurry up today trying to get the last bit and driving up the price a bit.
