At September 30, 2014, we had assets of $19,357,507 consisting of cash in the amount of $2,825,320; prepaid drilling services of $440,000; restricted cash of $971,854; property, mineral rights, and equipment, net of depreciation, of $14,431,038; and other assets of $689,295.
If they get the HROC this stock 'could' and 'should' go up to $7-$12, which still gives it a low mkt cap compared to the revenues from Butte.
The ROD cannot be published before Jan 2, that is the BIGGIE because that approves the HROC. Today is interesting but little volume so I am not convinced yet. Nice to see some upward movement though.
I agree with your analysis, however, the BIGGIE is getting the HROC. After all this time I still wonder if it will really happen, then the current PPS is a joke and there will be alot of $$$ to be made.
I asked Timberline about today's stock drop and here is their response:
I was curious about today’s stock action as well. There has only been good news about the operating permit in Montana – and we’ve disclosed that news within the last couple of weeks.
The only thing I can think of is that we are going to effect a reverse stock split, but that news has been out there since it was approved by shareholders in August. You will be seeing a press release this afternoon announcing the terms, but I believe it’s been expected in the market for quite some time. Gold was relatively flat today, so I don’t see that as a reason. We were up a little bit early, and our volume was just a little more than average, so it’s not obvious.
We are doing some work in Nevada, but have not committed to a drilling program yet. We are pushing for the permit in Montana as soon as possible.
Thanks for your continued support.
Does anyone follow this stocks trades? On Friday there were about 40000 shares traded in 100 share lots, it went on all day, every few minutes, all at $.0799. Strange because 100 shares cost is $7.99.
reverse split: to effect a reverse split (the "Reverse Split") of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock within a range of not less than 1 for 5 and not more than 1 for 12, with the exact ratio to be set within such range in the discretion of the Company's board of directors to be effective upon a date following the consummation of the Arrangement; For the uninformed, a reverse split is not done at a specific price, the main purpose is to boost the share price, in this case to stay listed.
I am seeing $5.32M in Yahoo but either figure is way too low in my estimation, assuming approval is received this year.
$5M mkt cap for this company is a joke with all the resources they own. I believe that they have almost that much in cash from the merger and if the HROC permit is received in November........
