Are you kidding me moron? You don't subtract the two numbers, you ADD the two. The stock closed yesterday at $13.97 and opened today at $13.65 which accounted for the .32 dividend. It finished DOWN another .10 to $13.55.

So, I'll go real slow for you... .32+.10=.42. Take yesterday's close of $13.97 and subtract .42 and you come to today's close of $13.55
