OK FLY....I changed my mind...I will take your offer of $13.95 :)
We might NEVER see that price again.
the goof is such an idiot he can't even keep his lies straight.
You are witnesses the dumbest person on the face of the earth.
Little wonder his hero is Subway Jared.
Somebody bought your brain Jack H. Off. Rumor is they paid .05 which is about .04 over the market value of it.
You have to be the worse investor in the history of the markets.
How is it a buying opportunity especially with the dividend gone? This is not a growth stock, so with no growth and no dividend why would anybody be interested?
My apologies if this has already been discussed either here and/or on the old Kraft (KFT) message board.
My brokerage account has the amount of the special $16.50/share Kraft dividend that was paid earlier this year upon the completion of the merger as a Capital Gain as opposed to ordinary dividend income. I have 600 shares so the special dividend was for me $9,900 of which it looks like I will have to pay a Capital Gain on unless I can find losses to offset this gain in part or in whole.
Does anybody's brokerage account show the special dividend listed as ordinary dividend income? I believe they are taxed at the same rate but if it had been classified as ordinary dividend income I would not have to worry about finding offsetting losses.
All of you had a chance to listen to The Finger of Death but you did not. Next time The Finger tells you to do something, do it.
The Finger will give you ONE final chance to get out now.. do it..do it now...call your broker, get this sold. If not you WILL see this company go bankrupt..that simple.
The Finger has spoken.
I have 550 shares in my Roth IRA. Bought about 6 years ago in the $9+ price range. Wanted to get out at $14 with the dividend gone but obviously that is not going to happen for a long, long time if ever. Might have to lower that selling price to $13.25-$13.50
Don't listen to Dilbert..he is an idiot, a complete idiot. The idiot loses money hand over fist on this stock year after year after year after year.
Dilbert is trying to apply for a job at Subway as Jared was and still is his idol.
