How is the amount to be Justified and backed up by Proof of damages or Loss due to Performance post the Breach of trust ?
Damages are to be Measured Due to Past/Post performance of said Breach.
To base it on Past performance What had either of these companies done to prove that they could/would successfully Bring a product to market?
What has Each company proven Post Breach as to there ability to bring a product to Market?
Since 2006 One company has proven its self totally incapable of bringing a single product to market, and at this point has had all future funding Dropped.

If your Parsons How do you justify Awarding anything to that Company???

PiP was not a Viable Biotech before the Breach has it proven its self not to be viable after the breach?

Is there more evidence that If the Breach had not occurred 246 would Be were it is or be where Sparvax is Now?

    I do not own PiP

" a disease that has the same symptoms as monkeypox "
Yea, when people die from this variola lets call it anything but what it is..... Smallpox............
It may be The Pepperoncini of Poxes as opposed to the Militarized 70% mortality rate Ghost Chili Pox cooked up in Siberia, but try telling that to the poor people that are dropping dead from it after munching on a little bush meat.....
