Simple math let alone Monetary generation methodology dictates that the only way dilution is an option to finance Debt or on-going operations is if the resulting depression of the share price can withstand liquidation before said shares reach zero or sub $.01(penny value). Rule of thumb would be Entity market cap should be 10x-15x revenue target before Delusion is attempted....AKA if said entity was at $1.00 Split even a 100:1 the resulting revenue generated by selling 90% of the new float would only be 50M and it just gets worse from there......So with desired amount being 150Mish would not worry unless Entity (Siga) was at 1.5B-3B MC AKA $26-$40 shr Whereas personally Monkeys would be flying out of multiple Orifices......Oh but what Sweet Sweet Monkeys they would be....

"I wished I lived in the fantasy land you call home" So what justifies you being a D:ck??? you act as if dilution is a certainty and I tried to explain why in this case at the current MC of Siga it certainly is not feasible. Did I say the entire amount Ahhhhh NO I said 150M I also tried (apparently unsuccessfully) to show you that Dilution at the current market cap would at Most raise 50M with a resulting MC of close to Zero which = Losing control.......I have being Living this Soap opera since 2007 you know how many of you Flash-in-the-Pans We have seen come and go on this board???
Answer Me this Question JkAs if Sky if falling Dilution is on its way as a certainty why have we shot up after the NO New News of the BK approval came out??? why are we Closer to a $1Dollar than a Dime10¢

Siga Technologies has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after its amended reorganization plan was approved by a New York judge, the company announced this week.
The biotech company, which is headquartered in New York but employs about 25 people in its Corvallis laboratories, has been locked in a bitter dispute with a rival firm over proceeds from a mulltimillion-dollar federal biodefense contract.
Under terms of the reorganization plan, which was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Siga must pay more than $200 million to PharmAthene Inc. by late October. Failing that, Siga could be forced to turn over all stock in the reorganized company to PharmAthene.
At one time the two companies were in merger negotiations, but Siga pulled out of the deal and PharmAthene sued for breach of contract in the Chancery Court of Delaware, where both companies are incorporated.
In 2011 Siga won a $433 million federal contract to produce 2 million doses of Tecovirimat, a novel anti-smallpox drug, for the nation’s biodefense stockpile. It was a huge payday for the biotech company, which had invested heavily in development costs since its inception in 1995 without ever posting a profit.
But then PharmAthene prevailed in the Delaware Chancery Court, which ruled the company was entitled to half the profits from Siga’s federal windfall.
In September 2014, Siga countered by filing for protection from its creditors under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code while it appealed the Delaware decision. Once again, however, PharmAthene won in court, and Siga was forced to concede.
The reorganization plan is the result. In a statement issued Wednesday, PharmAthene announced it had received an initial payment of $5 million from Siga against a final judgment of $205 million plus interest. The firm also said it would develop a transition plan for operating the reorganized Siga Technologies in the event that Siga defaults on the unpaid balance of thecourt judgment and is forced to turn over all its stock to PharmAthene.
Siga officials, meanwhile, hailed the reorganization plan as progress.
“We are pleased the Bankruptcy Court has confirmed the plan and that we have successfully emerged from Chapter 11,” CEO Eric Rose said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to satisfying the judgment resulting from the litigation with PharmAthene Inc., focusing on growing our business and supplying the U.S. government and other jurisdictions with important bio-threat protection.”
Meanwhile, the company continues to manufacture additional courses of Tecovirimat for the national defense stockpile and is working to obtain federal approval to market a commercial version of the drug, something it hopes to do in the next two years or so.
“We’re in late-stage development to get FDA approval,” said Siga Chief Scientific Officer Dennis Hruby, who supervises the company’s Corvallis labs. “That would give us the ability to commercialize the drug and sell it to whoever wants to buy it.”
Even though smallpox has been eradicated in nature since the 1970s, samples of the deadly pathogen were kept by the U.S. and Russian governments for research purposes. Today the smallpox virus is considered a potential threat that could be used by terrorists in a biological attack.
In addition to government defense contracts, Siga officials believe there is a potential corporate and institutional market for the company’s anti-smallpox drug.

The required share price to uplist to Nasdaq is $4. The price is determined by the bid price, not the closing price, of the stock. In April 2009, Nasdaq lowered its share price threshold to $4 from $5. This was presumably due to the impact that the financial crisis had on share prices, but could also be seen as a move to take some business from the Amex exchange. Both the Amex and the Nasdaq charge substantial listing fees to companies for listing on their exchanges and both are eager to maximize revenue. Amex has a lower required share price of $2 to $3 for an uplisting.

    Dylan Thomas, 1914 - 1953

Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Does this seem Like a Company Prepping To Wipe-out its shareholders and Turn over control to a Bunch-O-Jackals??
And Seeing as they are all experts at bringing Pharmaceuticals to market, Just how it PiP's One and Only Drug Doing??
