RS Legacy baggies are a special breed of Losers. Who else would be stupid enough to invest in a shell with no assets, no ongoing business, and no future. Incredible. ☻☻☻
Spoofers are like cockroaches - you stamp one out and twelve come to the funeral. Sad creatures and an even sadder waste of life! ☻☻☻
Pumping the carcass of a company that no longer exists. This dormant shell has no assets, no ongoing business operation, and no future. Spoof and bash, bash and spoof. I hope you all manage to get real jobs one of these days. It's fun watching you make your false claims of 300% gains and pitching implausible plans for 'reinvigorating' the carcass. Amateurs. Strictly amateurs. Have fun kiddies. ☻☻☻
Who pays these people to pump a dormant shell entity??? No assets, no ongoing business operations and no future. Must be some boiler room wannabees. LOL ☻☻☻
There were / is several problems with this idea that Sears and Kmart could 'transition' to an online sales model. First, Amazon has firmly established its retail prowess and it not going to let up any time soon. Amazon is widely respected and that bodes well for continued sales growth by Amazon. Second, Sears and Kmart's respective names both have strong negative stigmas resulting from decades of haphazard store operation. Customers have been repeatedly disappointed and they'll remember this. Sears, in particular, has a reputation as being your grandparents' store. This will not be easily overcome. Third, Sears has a HORRIBLE online reputation. They've done an EXCELLENT job of upsetting customers with missed delivery appointments, phone tree Hell, broken promises, shoddy installations, and a huge slew of other issues. Kmart doesn't do much better.
For retailers that began as brick and mortar stores, potential online shoppers expect their online experience to largely mirror their past real-world experience and for far too many, that is a series of big disappointments. Sears and Kmart stores will soon be history and talked about only in business school text as how NOT to run a company. SHLD is not long for this world. ☻☻☻
HGG is a retailer without a workable plan. I would expect same store sales decline for HH Gregg of 9 to 12%. ☻☻☻
Agreed. The term 'up a creek without a paddle' comes to mind. ☻☻☻
