They sell tissue from some of the aborted fetuses, not living parts and then killing the fetus. selling the tissue for research has been common knowledge
slug, I believe in the truth, the whole truth, I don't need some idiot deciding what I need to see. Give me all facts available and let me come up why my own opinion. I suspect you are the same way. I don't need or want to be spoon fed. As to drugs. It is impossible to stop people from using recreational drugs. humans have used them for thousands of years. The whole anti drug issue is about controlling society's behavior. You can trace this back to the Puritan sects's belief life was to be a struggle and test and anything physically pleasurable was wrong and a sin.
Slug, why didn't they just put forth the unedited video to support their position. I believe that in their zealous rush to fight for their agenda they made a mistake. Slug, intercine warfare among the various warlords shut down the asian pipeline for a few years. The scicilian pipeline has always been there along with the afghan pipeline. Our southern neighbors got into the herion trade after we put a crimp into their cocaine business. Remember the sixties movie the french connection? There tons more herion on the street now than in the sixties and that's with "all" the effort to the contrary. Back to abortion, How do you propose to stop it. It's happened for thousands of years. Society's problems need realistic and workable solutions, not idealistic, and unatainable solutions based on religion.
Repeating pious mantra? That would be the anti-abortion side of this arguement. Would you like you fate hinging on manufactured data? Abortion is a sad fact of life and death. There is no chance that it can be eradicated, therefore it should be regulated and monitored closely. Kinda like the war on drugs, Our politicans pour billions of our dollars into a moral cause that will not come to fruition. Even though I believe it sould be kept legal, I would support a ban if every taxpayer who advocates it's outlawing, be required to pay extra taxes to support the children (or pledge to adopt one or more of them) who are unwanted and abandoned.
You don't get it. Investors simply do not believe Windstream will be able to sustain the dividend. Concensus among people I have talked to inside and outside of Win think the stock is going to settle around $5-5.50. It's not a conspiracy, but lack of confidence in Win thats driving people to short the stock. I hope the naysayers are wrong.
kruger, how much are you willing to spend of your own money to raise unwanted children if abortion is outlawed? Overpopulation is a critical issue also. Abortion is a sad fact of life and has been used for thousands of years. What are you solutions? birth control for all and free? Just tell people to stop having sex? I don't wish see abortion being toused end a pregnancy , but I don't believe in forcing a woman to carry a fetus if it not wanted by her.
Your view is slightly skewed. Liberals tend to be intolerant towards conservative views because of their attempts to force it (by law) upon our society by legislation for the "good" of all. I don't see liberals trying to pass laws to force your personal behavior into their mold. Liberals tend to have a live and let live policy. Slug you and kruger missed an important point,(or ignored it), Again, why are the more economically successful areas liberal in their views while our conservative regions suffer?Kruger, Germany was reeling from losing WWI and the consequences of it, not Bolshevik policies.
What aren't you in an uproar over the self serving policies of the GOP? Why has this country turned it's back on the conservative movement? (too extreme maybe? too interested forcing their morality and religous beliefs on the majority by writing them into law?) People in general are tired of intolerance. The most prosperous regions of our country are some of the most liberal and tolerant in their beliefs and actions. Why is that? Why are the states run by conservative GOP factions at the bottom of all positve ratings among our states?
??? What are you talking about? There isn't a law on the books that prevents people from volunteering to work extra hours or days. People call those hours overtime and they usually get a pay premium or other time off. This bill Walker wants to enact will not help or protect employees.
Only an idiot would say that. It is (almost) painful to watch hardcore far right conservatism slowly die off. The far left is just as bad. It's funny that people see Obama as far left. He is alot closer to being a centrist than anyone the GOP has on the starting blocks. What are you going to do when Bernie or Hillary gets elected? The closest thing to a contender the GOP has is Jeb and people aren't to crazy about him. The other 14 or so wannabe's are just jokes wasting good money on losing campaigns.
It's not a crisis yet. the bill hasn't been passed. It is telling that a politican 2015 is trying to pass this type of legislation. Workers can volunteer to work as many days as they want. There is no law that says they can't. this could be an opening shot at overtime pay.
It is the nature of the American business culture to take advantage of any situation whenever possible. If you are naive enough to believe that it won't be abused if enacted, you can come and work for me in my new sweat shop in the great state of Wisconsin.
Still higher than Scott "i'm a joke" Walker. Next he will want a bill to allow people to be forced into indentured servitiude. Ah Yes! let's bring back the 1800's.
your post is #$%$, but I'll tip my hat to you for going public with your racism, ballsy, and really stupid.
What am I missing here? If the stock continues to drop in price or even justs holds it's present position, the shorts will make money, not lose it. Right?
How are the shorts going to lose on July 15th? This stock is going down faster than a porn star at work. How far is WIN going to have to rise before the "squeeze" is put on all these shorts? I asked yesterday for ideas as to why it's dropping so fast. Are you going to blame the shorts along with the economic blips in Greece and China?
