Yes, you are missing the fact that 1st Q is always the weakest Q for them, cuz of seasonal slowdowns in the industry. It's best to compare YOY 1st Q results. That is how the true growth can be more accurately measured.

Doesn't it depend on why they are reducing the dividend and what they are using the savings for? If it's a result of a decrease in income, or conversely, an increase in expenses, (i.e. increased management fees) Then no, it won't. Certainly is complicated. IMHO. Anyway, every .001 reduction costs me $30.00 a month.
