Oh sure the CEO of Comcast is going to be joining the board of VVTV.

You are absolutely deranged. Seek help.

Comcast's 14.31% of VVTV is worth in the neighborhood of $35M. CCV has a market cap of around $64.5B. Therefore CCV's position in VVTV represents .00054% of their business.

I really don't think that VVTV is as important to Comcast as you seem to think it is. I don't foresee CCV appointing 3 members to the board. I think that it would be difficult to find 3 employees at Comcast who are aware of VVTV.

Do you think that Comcast would also like to buy the Millions of shares held by the 24 other Institutional Investors who also voted to change the BOD?

Are you suggesting that Comcast, which has always treated VVTV as a passive investment, suddenly wants to take the company over for the sole purpose of maintaining its incompetent leadership? Keep in mind that Comcast's appointed representative on the BOD resigned because he was too busy with real business obligations to bother with VVTV.

You become more delusional by the day. Face the facts that CG won and won decisively.

    Wake up buddy.

If (and it is a HUGE if) Clinton Group's press release is correct that means that in the neighborhood of two dozen institutional investors, mutual funds, hedge funds, etc. voted against the current board. That is a clear mandate that in the eyes of professional investors the board has been ineffective and their interests are not aligned with shareholders.

This is landslide vote against a self serving BOD for whom you have been cheer leading non stop.
