    Yes, dilution is always an issue until they become profitable or at least show a rate of decrease in expenses and increase in revenue. This Q report will be huge in that regard.

    The RS if done will coupled with a reduction in authorized shares and hopefully the market cap will remain the same initially. What happens after that is a concern and hopefully they can sustain the promising news they are recently publishing almost on a daily basis.
