shorted at 55 and covered UNDER(!) 15?
do you seriously think anybody here believes that? lol what a clown
rumor is you are a liar. get lost.
not really, they now have RDR as well so it becomes a 2 year cycle stock hopefully.
GTA V for PC/next-gen is essentially priced in, to move SP forward we need RDR2 or Agent. If TTWO does not annouce something meaty in the next month or two this stock will be at 17
only in TTWO world can a stock soar almost 7% on news that a maker of a big hit gets shut down. after stellar earnings two weeks ago we dropped 9%+...go figure.
I sold everything at $20, guess could have held more, but had it since $11 so plenty of profit already. Been following this stock for years and there and it rarely moves as you would expect. just last week it dropped to $17 on great earnings so who knows what it will do next.
Congrats to everyone on the board, we were waiting for $20 and here it is. I personally sold out completely, just dont see any more upside at this point short of a buyout or RDR2 this year. Still great company, great products, but time to turn attention elsewhere.
Good luck to all and thank you for useful comments from some on this board (Sheep, jester, ttw012, speculawyer).
Was just wondering what people think upside could be from here and why, keep in mind that the only things we have to look forward to in the next 12 months are.
GTA V PC and next gen
RDR2 announcement (hopefully, maybe)
Evolve (who knows how this will sell)
Rest of the lineup is stale catalog titles and next year's NBA2k15.
Classic Take Two, have a huge hit on their hands and are NOT working on a sequel. ATVI and even UBI have a yearly update to their best games which is why their stock is always sky high.
the only way I can see people spending real cash is if they dont want to put in the time to get all the weapons/cars. I am a big fan of the game, but I tried online and it was not enjoyable when I got swarmed by call of duty type players will all the best guns vs my one pistol. kept getting killed, turned if off after 15 mins and have not played again.
I think this year best we can hope for is GTA for PC/PS4/XBONE and some DLC. Considering they announce major games at least a year in advance we cant hope for RDR2 really. Next May will be 5 years since release of RDR so that would be my guess for release window.
I think GTA PC/PS4/XBONE versions plus to some extent DLC for single player are whats keeping this stock in 19s.
