    My only real concern is-----

While I am not sitting down yet with a bottle of champagne I sense we are near to the completion of this mystery and I feel good about my nice position in this stock. Nevertheless I am keeping my fingers crossed.

  • --that in amending the figures during this accounting fiasco that they announce a reduction in net earnings. That will send the stock even lower than it is now. I am adding a few hundred shares every day because my thinking is that I would love to own CRRS at these prices when the clouds clear and the only way I can do that is to continue my buying up to the announcement. if that announcement offers no real shockers I will have a big winner on my hands, It doesn't have to be a good announcement, just one that ends the crisis without any real change inside the company. It is my belief that will be the case and as a result a $3 stock easily by summer.

WEell, I did say it wouldn't be much but I will gladly take every penny at the moment. I feel that with every passing day this stock will improve because the final day of the good news is 24 hours less away. Just pure guesswork but I am looking forward to the end of this week.

  • I saw more constructive activity today than in a month and for the first time in my life got the low for the day at 2.20 a share when it was 2.19/2,20. I picked more up at 2.30 and wasn't disappointed at all with the few shares that traded down at the close. Please notice also that there was over 1700 shares traded in the after-market at 2.32 and I hadn't seen that in a long time. Tomorrow we go up , maybe not a lot if no news but it will be the start.

Well, we are an area now that seems more interesting, at least to some would-be buyers. Blocks of 11,000 and 7000 were put up on the Buy side and both were taken down but this last one for 20,000 hung out there for well over an hour before half of it was withdrawn and the other sold out.. We are close but so is the two dollar mark and that scares me.

I have seen that sort of thing before. when a buyer and a seller, both of huge sizes work together with the trading desks to liquidate one or both of the parties positions. There is placed a standing order for the buyer who agrees to take all shares from the other party at a given price and the positions are liquidated usually by close of market. A better method of course is to announce that you have a certain size block of shares for sale but of course if you post it you are going to scare the buyers off and the stock price will be lowered. In this case both buyers are satisfied and it really does not tell us anything about further direction of the stock price except for the benefit of knowing an awful lot of shares that were for sale are now out of the market and that is a plus for we remaining shareholders.

    Is This A Possibility?

To add a little color to my previous comments, if indeed they rolled out their new system on April 1 then this upcoming quarterly report would have been the first real test in gathering all the required data from each acquisition and mobilizing it into one final product for the SEC's consumption? Make sense?

Best you hold off on dumping too early in the morning. The stock closed down to 6:30 in the after market.

  • Like you guys I am scratching my head trying to figure out what has gone wrong here and s0 I just went back to the Feb6 news item which talked in glowing terms how well the year 2014 has started out, But this is what caught my eye, In the last paragraph of that news item they pointed out that on April 1 they would be implementing a complete roll-out of their new software product to all their subs etc, etc. is it possible that this operation really complicated things and now maybe it has to be backed out, retrofitted, whatever before they can continue to install it or maybe even bring it to a halt. That would certainly explain the length of time this thing is taking although it still doesn't answer the question, "Why can't they make a statement to ease the tension building up in all of the shareholders" I have no answer for that.

Bono, nobody could have presented it better than you did. I have that nagging feeling that something more serious is happening here. Perhaps a method used in all their acquisitions has been brought to light and will have to be reversed. This is very serious and seeing that chunk of stock of some 15000 shares dumped that knocked the price down a dime to 55 cents. late in the game gives me the chills. What a ploy at the end on that last 1oo shares which closed the stock at 2.66. Just notice the next Bid/Ask is 2.55/2.60 and I suppose that is where it will open up Monday

I apologize to all of you, I could not have been more wrong today. I really believed the company would at least come out and say things are progressing, etc, etc, in order to stop this drop in price but they choose to hide behind curtains with their phones off the hook. I will escape this nightmare with my tail between my legs never to look at this stock again. Sorry as hell.

  • And by that I mean I hope that the final documents do not indicate an error from the past that unknowing shareholders relied on to make their investments in this stock. If that should happen you will see the ambulance chasers (lawyers) all over this stock forming class action suits. That is why I feel good about the company holding off on the final presentation of the 10K while they correct what seems like an acquisition-related problem. If the damaged material had been released then I would have cause for concern. Look for the stock to behave well again like yesterday and maybe a foray into the 2.90 area but that is not a given.

And you are correct but I should have been more specific. I didn't mean it would be wrapped up and done with but rather some comments from the company in effect reassuring them all is well and again maybe mentioning record revs or something like that. That's all this stock would need to boost it nicely Bet we see 2.80 early and around 2.90 or so at the close tomorrow.

  • I had stepped in yesterday and purchased 4000 shares at $2.80 but I am only one day off because the worm has turned. Three blocs of size this morning on the upside tell me the company is close to clearing the books and finally announcing good data. I could only buy another thousand this morning at .2.73 but if you guys have cash on hand I wouldn't wait any longer. They said on the 17th they would file in two weeks and guess what? Yep, today makes two weeks. Look for something tomorrow.
