I do not think you will see prior expenses reimbursed it is not something that is done in a deal of this type. However have you given any thought to all the go forward tax credits that they have.
This is like getting reimbursed for a lot over the next several years
Matesse nice to see you back. I don't write a lot but watch the board and have not seen you in a long time.
Hope all is well
If you want pictures of the facility which is impressive send a note to Alfrezzastuf using only 1 f and the Google co product for mail.
It is located at 1 Casper st in danbury
Don't use that is it good can you post pictures . You can go to the email I set up and I will send them . It is an impressive facility
Anybody want to see pictures just took them today
Set up an email look for Danbury plant and how to get them
Use alfrezzastuf. Use only 1 f and then that Google company and I will send them to you
It is impressive in size on 2 sides of the street and multiple buildings on both sides of the street
Look for your self
would anybody like to see pictures of the facility
I was there this afternoon and it is impressive on both sides of the street
They are serious
Let me know by using the word alfrezzastuf
If it is combined with the Google company that has mail
I will send a set to you
I agree with your thought process here . The question is how low can they drive this stock before it reverses
If you knew anything about the pharma business you would see how SNY has launched other potential blockbuster drugs and compare what they are doing since sept 26th
Talk in 30 days look at 60 be a believer in 120 days
See what they have done in the past.
Measure what they should do in the future
See what they have done
Silly boy learn",!!
Again Silly Boy
Think of what needs to be in place before the first prescription can be written.
The training education and launch meetings
This is not something to take lightly
This will happen in multiple parallel lines.
SNY does this better than anyone and it just began
I don't want to insult your intelligence but SNY had no legal ability to do anything with this product until this deal was finalized.
Now for the practicalities of distribution. Just think how long it takes to make package and ship to SNY distribution centers
Then think how many shipments down the food chain this process must go before it reaches the local pharmacy ( go ask a Wallgreen pharmacist how long it takes to get a new drug in his store and what he needs to learn before he can sell that drug)
Like I am saying I am not insulting your intelligence. Let's say you just have not thought the supply chain through.
I would say that you just might be the type of person that would complain if the doctor gave you a prescription for a drug and your local pharmacy did not have it in stock
Watch out the time to raise cash for a good business is when you do not need it.
Did you ever get a loan when you were destitute and need money?
Think of the pipelines that need to be filled before a successful launch can be done .product pipeline to distributors around the USA . Distribution to local pharmacies . Hiring the human resources to make it and ship it . Getting the insurance reimbursement in place. The advertising program and schedual in place. So many other things that Sarnoff is now responsible for.
It all began this past week with the approval of HSR.
Think about it
I do not think there was any doubt but I do wonder if there was a gag order that precluded the companies from talking about the deal and go forward events.
I guess we should have some more news now that the deal is signed and they are married to each other
What do you mean by soft bashing? I have been very long this stock for a long time
I just like to ask questions to make sure that I am not missing anything or nothing has changed. Information is power and I will get it anyway possible. There is a lot of Knowledgeable people on this board I want the good the bad and the ugly
You need to get some manufacturing background. The problem that you recognize is exactly why Danbury is a stand alone facility. It will be just for Insulin products and expanded as Volume grows.
Someplace else you will have an R&D process for new drugs and processes.. AS THOSE DRUGS COME THROUGH CLINICAL and Regulatory processes up to approval by the FDA they will be produced in small volumes on what is called a pilot line.
This is where the manufacturing bugs will be dealt with and from here it will be handed off to a production facility
