Although, I would tend to agree that OCN has been manipulated, I don't believe that THIS MORNINGS halt was "manipulation", necessarily. Trading volatility halts happen all the time. I.E. if a stock moves x-percent (up OR down) within y-amount of time (not exactly sure what the figures are, but you can look them up), it WILL trigger a temporary trading halt ONLY in that security (for 5 mins I think).
IMO during that time this a.m., a bunch of shorts decided to cover all at once, and 'blew the circuits', sort of speech. Now, you could make the argument that, Did the shorts "blow the circuits" on purpose?.......hmmmmmm IDK.... Maybe. You never know what goes on behind the scenes.
