When the existing contracts dry up it is all over. But hey in a couple of years the management filth will no longer need their jobs as they will have socked away from ridiculous salaries for lack of performance and awarded shares for free that they dump when freed up. Two years and they are off into paradise and the Chairman laughs along with them. There is nothing for down the road. This zero growth entity has existing work to keep these clown semployed but not grow and build a company. To invest in this reoccurring scam is suicide. Growth days are over and contraction has set in and their is no accountability. Now I don't know about the blind or the crippled but I do know a fat ugly miscreant, another slob I call lonely man, and then there is the Scarecrow (If he only had a brain).

Calling people morons, jerks, idiots, etc. when they question things such as negative cash flow, insider selling, lower guidance, missed shipments, customers withholding payments are all viable questions every shareholder has a right to ask. The above illustrates that it traded at $9.00 on July 1 and $9.51 on July 31. It traded as high as 10.81 during the month and as low as $8.25 (about where it is trading at right now in 2013).

Why? Because the two executives with accounting backgrounds specialize in playing games. The POC accounting practices by design are front loaded methods and the numbers will deteriorate alarmingly over time especially with a huge void in being awarded large profitable contracts.
Do as you see cit they are your shares make your own decisions. I for one am still trying to figure out how they concluded they needed triple the building space without a remotely equivalent increase in work.
Maybe they will make a needed cut on the logistics side where they are top heavy with an over hyped sales person masquerading as a COO and now another Vice President some sort of NOC cast off.
The greatest bull market in history for aerospace and these jokers are tanking, dumping shares, tarnishing their name with poor delivery schedules and a CFO embarrassing himself on a public forum.
