You are right, content is king and GameLoft definitely has its share of content. It appears that they are already partnering with GameLoft but I suspect that a buyout is unlikely:
From recent press: Microsoft and Gameloft have teamed up once again to offer Windows Phone users free stuff worth $90. In order to be eligible for this promotional offer, all you need to do is buy a Lumia smartphone...
FYI, GameLoft is already 20% cheaper than when you posted. If anyone wanted to buy them then they'd probably have already done it, but at this rate it may be worth waiting a bit longer.
Smart move to do the secondary! It gave insiders who wanted to sell a chance to pull some out without tanking the stock and it made the first lockup a moot point. I bet no one will notice when the fourth of July comes about and the real lockup window opens up. This shows me that wall street has finally figured things out.
