EXEL Stock price with regard to the market

You make no sense. It can go any direction. Uh du, well yes, true for any stock. Odds are it will continue down? Nonsense, just rationalization from a short, IMO. Some thinkit is worth $5, true. Some think more, some think less. But to say because it is thought to be worth $5 its best to wait, is daft.
This points out WHY doing your own DD is so important. You buy because you see value not yet priced in OR potential you are willing to speculate on. Maybe both, as i think exists here.
To wait after concluding value/potential is great, is exactly why so many do not do well. IMO
It indicates no ability to do the DD, or belief in your conclusions, which means do not invest at all, as you will be a sheeple constantly making decisions based on nothing more than emotion. Good luck with that, especially in this sector. If you see value in a stock, say for example $3 price when you see value is $5, you do not wait till it moves up, as THAT IS the move you are looking for. So many do this exact thing, then wonder why they lose, such as right here. Put another way. If you think something is worth more, do you wait till it shows that, then buy it expecting even more? Go ahead if that makes sense, but do not be surprised when you end up losing money!
This is a buy for those who believe value is greater, and/or potential still great. iMO that is logical.

I agree completely. The value and still huge potential from a variety of situations here is very compelling. Emotion rules many traders/investors on up and down stock moves. A number of biotech and high tech situations now starting to be really great.IMO

    Q1/14 results

I personally could care less about the results for this last quarter. If they by chance disappoint I well be happy to buy substantial extra shares on any emotional drop. This story is not about this last quarter in the sense of whether they made or lost money at all, rather it is all about positioning with further fine tuning of company focus. And that focus is on the truly huge expanding markets they are a key player in. This is core technology which is in a rapid growth phase looking to stretch out for a decade or two. Anyone who does not see or understand that, probably should look at the results and sell early May, so I and others can pick up more cheaply! LOL We want your shares! The cheaper the better!

Perfect. Got a few more at .365 Whomever is playing here, I like it! Want more, the cheaper the better. Lots of cash and time my side of the table. Patience pays off with these deals. Make them come to you. I rarely post a bid, rather I like to jump on the offers when they suit me. I expect more over the next couple of months. Never can tell where the bottom will be, but its the upside over time where the money is, if you get the picture correctly. Here: expect low range for a bit, but you never know, and be prepared to wait 12 to 18 months.IMO I see at least a double from this price range.

Another sign of a bottom? When the posts from the shorts become absurd, childish and without any meaning other than being what they are, from whom they are! And what do I think that is currently? VERY STUPID. I have actually made money in the stock markets by being ahead of the curve: meaning selling when things are highly priced and being hyped, and buying when things are pushed way down from the hyped spikes, by emotional reactions based on little concrete, and often far overdone. Which I think, and reiterate is now, as everything I see as potential for this stock is STILL there and in depth. Do I pick the bottom exactly? Often not, and presents no problem to me, as I am looking at being above average at getting the big picture right. Not trying to be concerned with hitting exact highs and lows. Which to date has served me well. Is that the case here and now. We shall see. So far, seems a very real possibility. We are in the LOW range: get it?? When you should be accumulating, or why be here in the first place??? If you like it, this is when you buy, not after it doubles and the herd is all in, for example. Like over the last few months. Will some learn? Hope so, here as well as generally.

  • Unlike here, multiple markets, all growing extremely rapidly. Cap still low. Growth over next few years, not 10 away, although it will grow for a couple of decades. This is one situation where I think the "Fools" have it right. Much better upside than here, IMO. If you are smart, you will do some DD, and realize that SWIR technology is in every TESLA and now moving to most other cars, but that is only a small part of the future market for SWIR. The important point is that SWIR can be had for about 1/10 the cost of this stock, but with greater upside, less downside and potential to be realized far sooner. IMO Cost nothing to actually do some DD and think. But alas, so many here are completely mesmerised.IMO My bet: sell here, buy there. Result: better than double your return over next year or so.

You must be joking! Many voices warned here and elsewhere that this was and still is, in their opinion, way over priced. Problem is folks chose to ignore the soundly based, and reasonably put forward arguments as to why. Ignore reality and lose. Blame nobody but yourself if you are in a momentum stock, based on forward promise going out a decade, but reflecting those assumptions now. Just plain STUPID.IMO

Fact is, like me or not, so far, I think I am the only poster here to have gotten this right for a long time. I had 100% winning trades, I said I stopped when I sold my last trade and would wait for pull back, which many claimed here would never be seen again. It happened. Now i am back with a position to trade, along with my core position. I do predict a higher price, with all the volatility as usual. Fact is, that IS what is usual here. Potential still huge, with risk vs reward now firmly on the side of longs.IMO

  • Fuel Cells are the best technology EVER, and moving forward they will dominate.IMO Why? They do not need a grid and electrical production: hello China, where we do not need more coal driven electrical generation, and many other places as well. By product: WATER. IE no pollution. Fill up takes minutes, 5 times the range of the best electric cars. Not a doubt, the fuel cell is about to be a big game change, ignore it here, where you are counting on future years? Not too smart. If I look out even 5 years, I see many fuel cell cars and gas stations, which are ALL already in place, moving quickly to Hydrogen fueling stations. An easy add on, which will make everyone happy! Toyota just one among many competitors that will launch new technologies. Volkswagen claims to have a battery way better than anything now in existence or even planned by Tesla or anyone else, as another example.

You asked. Largely in cash, with short position at TSLA ( short at $240 range). Have long positions still in CONX (bought at low price and sold half on recent spike up, and did recommend it here under .20) also micro cap Canadian listed SPY.V (for minimum.18 month hold unless big spike or takeover offer) have core position here and a trade block bought for a few cents more than todays close. Am also now starting to nibble at GERN and ASTM.
