Somewhere in a couple of years, when all of the marginal, in debt, losing mining companies have been taken over or gone broke, the price of gold will rise and THEN you can make a fortune being a buyer of gold or the mines that have survived. Till then, its down. Something amazingly many still do not see. Go figure.

Short covering of gold stocks, coupled with speculation on gold having hit lows. As it drops to $850 to $1000 range those mining stocks will crash, as they will not in many cases be able to operate at any profits and some will not be able to sustain operations. Take advantage over next days of JDST pull back, as it heads up to $30.IMO

  • Does not matter what happened before, all indications are for success of trials in a currently unmet need. Wins this one, which looks likely, it moves on to other races with 10 times current cap. I like it!

The problem with people like you, is not your opinion one way or another, it is all about your attitude. The warrants will get exercised IF they have success, or even a hint of same from leaks etc. That is obvious. Speculation on success, could drive up price and volume certainly, just as the opposite can happen. NOBODY here knows the outcome, that is the most obvious thing when you read all the posts. It is all speculative. What we DO KNOW NOW. No chance of going broke here for a couple of years and trials will complete, ALL being equal. In other words, if they do not spend a whole bunch on something unknown at this time. Which to me seems doubtful, without further indication of success. If they get great trial results, anything is possible, because the stock will gap up, and their will be all sorts of possible outcomes. IE takeover bids, mergers, deals etc etc. Nobody should have any doubt what good results will bring: a far higher price. That is also the MOST basic reality check here. And nothing anybody says here or conjures up in their imagination is going to change that. Like the odds, you are long, do not you are out or short. I am long here for sure.

The warrants get exercised when you get success. That is the simple and most obvious case. Spin it all day long, but this is TYPICAL biotech. You have a product, you try to get it proved up and on the market, at great costs, and long time frames. In between, you get all the frustration, nonsense, conspiracy theories and on and on. But in the end foks: ITS SIMPLE. Prove up and get approved, with a product like they have here, regardless of the past failures and the stock will ROCKET. They have given you the unmet market, and those numbers, with a micro cap like this would mean an instant 5 to 10 fold increase in price with success. Want to blither on about the past, go ahead, but it is ALL about the outcomes here, and that IS A FACT AT THIS TIME.EOS

Not going to happen any time soon. They have enough cash at current burn rate for 20 months of operations. EOS Meanwhile the trials roll on. As good as it gets in micro biotech situations. Not ONE chance of bankruptcy here for a couple of years. Simply the fact., so you get trial results, whatever they turn out to be. So for .50 plus you get a real great chance at $5 plus.IMO

We disagree dscobash on the outcome here but the math is what it is and I agree with you as I posted. In any case, we have about .48 plus cents per share cash now inclusive of new shares. If warrants get exercised in near future, that figure would increase.

Net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be approximately US$34.5 million , after deducting underwriting commissions and other expenses related to the Offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to make the US$5.7 million payment to the holders of warrants in connection with the warrant amendment agreements described above, to continue to fund ongoing drug development activities, for the potential addition of commercialized products to the Company's pipeline, and for general corporate purposes, for working capital and to fund negative cash flow.

They raised $34.5 Million after fees, THEN they are paying out the Warrants from that $5.7 million leaving $28.8 million. They had 42.2 million end of Sept. Oct-March Burn est. at least 10 million. if not 15 to 20 with other costs.(legal etc) Stay calm, its ok, you do the math your way, I will do it mine! LOL

I do not think we have that much cash. You have to consider the burn rate here over the last months. I calculate approximately 60 million in cash. Then you consider the increase in shares and it works out to about .48 in cash per share currently I believe. That is after the payout for the previous warrants. If they get the price up and holders exercise the new warrants, then of course cash will increase and so will share count. But because the warrant price is .82 , it will increase the cash per share to a greater number. Not a bad risk for a company with potential big news on trials pending. Play it as you like. I am staying long, and even picked up a few more shares this AM around .50 range, as I think that it is way undervalued compared to most any biotech in this position.

I actually agree with you on this one. I started by buying under .60 a while back. Today I bought more at .50. No guarantees, but this has a real good shot. I expect some follow through selling on Monday here and in the markets, then we get something substantial I think, by way of news. Who knows for sure, but you NEVER do, and that is just the way it is. EOS

Hardly. They have cash now and trials ongoing. They were actually more likely to go broke before this financing, because if they fail in the tests they would have been hard pressed to raise cash. As it stands, not going broke for foreseeable future, and that is just the fact of the matter. Irony. If they have good results, they will make some new holders lots of money and get their votes as well. They would not think like that would they??? ROFLAMO We will see what next week brings. Never dull or boring in biotech is it? !!

This is volatile biotech, as previously discussed. Not for the faint of heart or moaners either. If you play in this sector and are not prepared for this sort of action, folks have nobody to blame but themselves. Here and now. All that has changed is this: company raising cash, which was a likely event, and results still pending on trials. We have the dilution, yes, but then you have the cash. The potential here has not changed. Perhaps, lets say on good results, we might have expected a bigger rise percentage wise, because of the dilution factor, but the numbers are large potentially so this can easily go up multiples, especially from this price range. I still like the odds here, and I did in fact pick up more shares this AM. Why not? If I liked the odds of success before why wouldn't I like the odds now, at an extremely low price. Play it as you like. I am long and waiting.EOS

You do not get it Lin. Most sane people will not care about your endless ego driven postings. You are way too full of yourself. You may think you are a genius, but your postings speak otherwise, that is what you do not understand. Many people are long this stock, all from various price points and time frames. BFD Nobody here knows the outcome. They can give it their best guesstimate, and any theory they like to back it up, however, in the end its about whether the results prove up. So quit trying to convince everybody you know exactly how to trade this, hold this etc etc etc etc You may get some of it right. Good for you, but it, in fact means little.IMO

You spend so much time posting, it has to make some wonder if you actually do anything else! You are a bit full of yourself Lin, as I see it. Many of us are experienced, and successful. I have been buying at the lows today. I did my DD long ago, and have given my views. Summary: buy, because cap is low compared to other similar situations, potential is large. One way of viewing this: if cash flows on the indication are 100 Mill+ and this obviously flows from success, if it comes, then cap would be in the 1 Billion dollar range. Just look at buyouts of late, and the multiples on cash flow. That is why I think the upside is much larger than many think here. The downside is known. Risk vs reward? Look at any biotech of this size, the risk will be there. You simply cannot get the multiples of return without taking the risk. Play it as you like: I am long and accumulating even more on pullbacks. But I can afford to.

How do you like it so far? Nothing like some volatility to keep everyone awake. Then we have the committed who turn out to be not so committed giving advice that appears to be all over the place.IMO I see no fundamental change here at all. Low cap, huge potential, pending news of some sort seems likely. Play it as you like: I am holding and will wait. EOS

  • it will flush out the short term, some of the long time nervous frustrated investors and confuse some traders and catch a few. Meanwhile, the real accumulation is ongoing, and whatever the driving force, whether just deemed undervalued, leak of news on trials or some other major event (partnership, buyout), has yet to be clarified. Fact is: still cheap in terms of value and potential.IMO This cap is way under any comparable situation I can find.IMO
