Excellent post - duckduffer. Clear, accurate and factual. I, as indicated have been accumulating and am quite willing and able to see this through for years if required. However, I think that value and potential always assert in these situations, not to mention the build up from short term speculation, which will likely occur, after all the emotional selling has been spent. Then there is the short positions, facing what could be a takeover move and cash flow increasing. IMO Looks great, liquid and moving forward. Like it.

"China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation ("Sinopharm") is the largest medical and healthcare group in China and on the Global Fortune 500 list" Make no mistake, they are huge, they say this could be their lead product! Very hard to argue with that potential or credibility.
My advice: buy this when its cheap and manipulated on pull backs. It either gets bought out or the price moves up.IMO In between take advantage of the games that are played. IMO
Add on insider buying of late. This is biotech, but the signals are all there, that this could be a big winner.IMO If in doubt just check out the facts. EOS

Approval: stock goes up. Fails: stock goes down. ALL the rest, at this point, on this board, is conjecture by emotional amateur small time traders.

One thing more to consider. Look at the cap of this company, and then the IP, trials and growing cash flows. Do not forget to look at relationships and ongoing partners. If I was big pharma, I would buy this. That is my take. Why? They could not set this up, acquire the IP, the potential and known cash flow growth for anywhere near this price, including liabilities. IMO This coupled with need by big pharma to replace many of their cash flow cows means this sort of potential is hard to find. That is why, it is still not unlikely to see deals or a buyout come out of left field at any time.IMO Believe me Roche for one will be watching this very closely. They not only have vested interest in certain outcomes, they will not want this falling into the competitions hands.IMO

So true. When these biotechs are in favor, the caps run to billions and still get buy recommendations. When they have huge potential before and are out of favor, people forget what the valuations can run to in a hurry. That is why they will always be speculated on, and nobody here knows where this will be in even a few months from now. It could easily run up big time. Simply a fact that is undeniable. Play it as you like. To me it is very cheap at these levels.

A bunch of phony ambulance chasing law firms attempting to suck blood money for their own enrichment. They have absolutely no chance here, as I see it. This is biotech, where there are failures every day and big losses and gains along the way. They try and twist facts and scare folks. The good thing is, here it is a great contrary bet for the last while, because any DD indicates, to me at least - No case, no plaintiffs for all their attempts. It would not surprise me if some of the come lately posters are in league with them. Notice how they will drift off after Monday perhaps? Maybe these guys should sue each other for filing B + S law suits and being largely a group losers, wasting everyones time. Biotech is tough, but we are LUCKY some doctors and researchers are willing to devote many years attempting to bring new cures and procedures through the arduous processes they face, with failure the end result for many attempts. Remember that next time any of you need medical treatment. Who got you it ??? Here, they are working hard. That is the bottom line. It does NOT guarantee any particular outcome, but is very valid and hopefully successful. If so, great. If not, great try.IMO I dare say most of the nonsense bashing posters here could not manage a tiny business, let alone attempt to do what these and other folks take on.

  • Somebody wants the shares no matter how you look at it. Even if it were just short covering, that would mean knowledgeable parties think the lows are in. Whatever the case, more action ahead, is likely. IMO

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Anything can be true, but as a rule you do not get this sort of action without something big about to happen. Play it as you like. I am long options bought in Dec. as I thought this was WAY undervalued and a likely buyout early 2015. Lets see where this goes, but although no guarantees, this screams news coming.IMO

That is true, I agree, but on the other hand a bid can't necessarily be stopped. Additionally there are some large shareholders who might go for it. There are various rumors out there, about pending news. We shall see how this works out over next couple of months. I expect volatility, as I have often said, with a decided uptrend moving forward. Shaking out the day traders and nervous is the name of the game now.IMO I see $4 to $6 within 6 months.IMO

Nonsense. Money is moving around all right, but it is not moving out of all stocks big or small. Like always, generalities mean absolutely nothing, it is ALL about being in the right stock, at the right time. Some here suggested at $1.50 to get in, as this looks way undervalued. Play it as you like, but reality remains exactly the same, if good results coming, stock moves up very sharply.IMO

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Nobody here knows the outcome. That is the fact. All the rest appears to be nonsense. I like the odds, so am positioned, but nothing will surprise me. EOS

The fact is dhudson says he sold this back in October after holding it for years and taking a big loss. So now he spends his time trying to justify and show how he knows what he is doing. For those who bought over the last while, they are quite possibly looking very good right now. There is nothing unusual about the activity here. Its biotech. Volatile, risky but with huge potential. No chance of growing broke any time soon, Why? Cash and no debt. Fact. So those who like the ongoing potential from Phase 2 and 3 trials and hold, the outcome could be spectacular because it is not trading with any premium at all at this point. That may change shortly. But one thing is for sure: results will rule here, and all these naysayers do not have a clue as to the outcomes there. Again: this is biotech, and you get in hoping for good results, and if such occurs you make multiples on your investment. That IS the case here, and nothing changes that. Play it as you like. I am holding for outcomes, not blabber from past losers here.

We are so impressed with your order.LOL Is that to cover your short at $1.50? I suppose that means, logically, knowing its you at .10, I should put a sell order in at ten times the current price, and 200 times your cover price, somewhere in the $15 to $20 range.roflmao

  • They just can't quite fathom that they sold or worse somehow shorted this at the exact wrong time. The Phase ii and iii trials are on schedule and nothing appears wrong. Big pharma does not do deals without their liking what they see. In the end though, all that will matter to investors here and now, is does this pan out over 2015. I think yes. That IS what is now relevant, the past is gone, gone, gone. When you see desperate attempts to twist very simple reality with respect to potential, its a good sign to me. After all, this is biotech, and at this stage risky, of course. That IS the name of the game. But there is absolutely nothing indicating bad results ongoing with these two trials. Any attempt to twist that is rubbish. Do your own DD. But longs appear right at THIS juncture.IMO Shorts and past losers appear to be whiners or have some other agenda. Believe me, they are not here to help you! roflmao

Far more likely, you never see your cover and your losses grow over time. That is reality now, and you are holding the bag. Just a reality check for you. Remember: you said you shorted at $1.50. uh not looking so smart. Keep on hoping though, but cover when it goes over $2, or lose really big.IMO
