I haven't read any comments concerning the last
paragrah of Yahoo's article on Presstek as
Presstek also noted that it has had settlement talks
plaintiffs' counsel in its derivative and class action
and said that if a definitive agreement is reached, a
may be recorded in the fourth quarter of 1999.
Has everyone seen the latest on CREO?
Long on Presstek in Ohio.
Thanks for all the great postings!
Neil: Go over to the Yahoo CREO message board
(which commenced recently) and you can read the dialogue
that is being referred to by "Darrell." He obviously
objects to my statements regarding the CREO

When Presstek proves in court that CREO has infringed on Presstek's patents, these same tech people will be jumping CREO's ship posthaste. The truth shall prevail!
Aren't CREO stockholders concerned about the patent lawsuit relating to Presstek's claims that CREO is infringing? It sounds very serious to me.
Can someone please tell me why Salomon Smith Barney issued a "Buy" on CREO today while CREO's lawsuit is still pending?
Long-time stockholders like
myself deeply appreciate hearing messages directly from
Presstek (Jane Miller). Thank you for posting Jane's
letter -- it was reassuring to all -- even though Scott
feels that it contained "nothing new." Scott apparently
believes that he is the judge and jury of what infomation
can be placed on this board. In a previous post, I
also copied a letter from Jane Miller and the
telephone number for the conference call (hope everyone
tuned in) -- I was called a numb-skull so consider
yourself lucky. I was criticized for making the number
available to a member of Salomon Smith Barney, who Scott
decided was an impostor (we haven't heard anymore about
This board is an open forum and all
contributors (except obscene ones) should be welcomed. Posters
should not be intimidated by the "regulars." I can't
believe Jane would write anything on the internet that
she would not want repeated.
It is reassuring
to stockholders that Presstek is replying to
e-mails. Thanks for sharing your reply, Spartan -- I don't
think either of us will be condemned by

No mention of Creo's lawsuit on either Creo's or
Presstek's sites. However, Creo seems extremely confident
over partnership with H:
Hope you guys are on the right track -- keep posting
your thoughts -- no information anywhere else. Those
of us who held this stock while it rose to 200 and
stuck with it as it dropped to the bottom are anxious
for some good news.
I have to laugh, Scott, when you chastise fellow
posters for name calling. It wasn't very pleasant to be
called a numb-skull for posting the telephone number of
the conference call on this board, which I believe
should be available to everyone, by the way.
Called CREO a few minutes ago (4:25 PM). Spoke to
a representative who claims that CREO IPO will be
"late this week -- that's all I can say." Told her my
broker said it would be tomorrow morning, but Yahoo has
it listed as TBA. Tried to get her to give me a
definite date. Her reply: "It depends on a lot of
different things -- it will be late this week -- that's all
I can say." Telephone number for CREO is:
604-451-2700 if anyone wants to verify.

Sorry, Neil -- the message from Presstek was in
answer to a question that I e-mailed to them concerning
the CREO IPO. It was dated July 27th. I did copy and
paste it from my messages -- should have explained
that. It is obvious from the reply that messages on
this board are being read by Presstek. I appreciated
receiving an answer to my inquiry.
Thanks for all
your helpful posts. Good luck to all!
Cabot's Presstek Hotline is still stating to hold
onto Presstek. Friday's message mentioned that the
release of sales and earnings will be either July 28th or
29th. He also stated that a conference call will be
held on July 29th at 11 AM -- telephone number:
Most of you probably are aware of this information.
Thanks for all the many informative messages that have

Serious investors appreciate your informative messages, Scott, and we don't think you're guilty of namecalling. Keep up the good work!
