or blame yourself for not selling yesterday. this company isn't worth more than 50 cents a share. I've been following this company since inception and know the history of complete disastrous execution. This is euphoric valuation and holders are going to be burnt badly.
Its been a phenomenal short since IPO over a decade ago.
Today is a great short entry.
Don't let the 10 year olds with $2000 in their account convince you otherwise.
celebrating this run up here is great if you bought in the last 12 months. Cheers and congratulations to you.
Putting this into perspective, the stock is still down over 99% since IPO and is currently trading at over 20 times annual revenue. They have never been profitable in the history of the company. They have diluted the stock into the dirt and reverse split to cover it up along the way.
I have followed this since IPO over a decade ago and have listened in on a few conference calls along the way for possibly investing some $$. Argue all you want about how great the company is because you started following it last week.
The recent news was a 'test' for 20 trucks funded (3M) by the DOE and provides no profit. This move is technical and does not change anything fundamentally.
Holding here is a mistake IMO but I'm never correct 100% of the time.
13 years of history tells you the facts man. You clearly are new to this stock/company. Look at the max chart. Management of this company might be decent at creating product, but terrible at financials and execution.
This stock is -99.6% since it IPOd. If you invested 10k in it, it would be worth $40 right now.
buy it up.
This company dilutes constantly and keeps the O/S down by reverse splitting. This was about a $10 stock when it IPOd and I began following it. Taking out all of the reverse splits, that $10 IPO share is now under 4 cents.
Although this has run up huge from the low of 12 cents, longs should be skeptical of managements ability to execute and not dilute even further. Over a decade of burning through cash, disappointing investors, low sales, failed execution, and bad earnings, I wouldn't put too much faith in this company.
I will not hold these into the close. I'd much rather take a small loss than risk opening up my trading account tomorrow morning and seeing AMZN over $400.
It's anyones guess for tomorrow.
I think this pig is overvalued and bloated but I have full confidence in the markets ability to keep it that way until 2014. Cheers
