Sonya, we mustn't talk deer hunting on this board, it makes ray cry.
But he is the type who would watch a pig get slaughtered while he was
eating Spam sandwiches! hehehe.
It wasn't 24...same as it isn't 16.00 now. You lied twice.
Besides if someone recommends a stock to you, it is
up to you to pick the price.
And how wrong were you on HK that you somehow
erase from your memory. Hypocrite.
The reason you don't make mistakes on stocks is
because you don't do anything with stocks, but try to discourage
everyone on this board.
For the simple reason that you called SELL on PEIX in the
$2.30 bracket is reason enough for you to leave this board
in shame. The share price doubled in 15 trading days after
your terrible call.
Same goes for Luke and mdbstasd, but none of you have
any real experience.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
At $3.90 I have a short term paper profit of $24,627.50 which is
down sharply from a profit of $65,000 at $4.69.
I didn't sell any shares including those at $4.34 on the rip.
I deal in larger figures than most so some call me a liar.
I own 13 stocks down from 24 now.
Have you ever made 10,15, 20 times your money on a stock ray?
They cover a few mistakes very nicely. Try doing that by shorting.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We have a company run by monkey but he xperience monkey
now, so we see what happened....
Can I call u Stingy Ningy..it rimes good 'n it's funny..
Can you picture ray in a normal-sized residential bathtub
and if so, do you think he would bath or just sit there and
eat Spam sandwiches?
My message which was sent at 8:05 A.M. EST. to Neil and Paul Koehler:
Why did PEIX management feel the need to issue 500,000 shares just recently when Neil Koehler said there should be no need to issue new shares? Are you people lying to investors?
Here is a comment from a friend:
"My main problem with the latest offering....
If this CEO had any sense of his duties to active shareholders, and to those that he just presented to, he would have provided additional information. His weasel-like methods of dropping bombs on shareholders out of nowhere, then providing no backup support or guidance really, really stinks. The only thing that his silence does is foment anger, and stir up the rumor mill. Why in the hell didn't he simply explain in just a little more detail the reasons for using stock, etc.? NEIL - ATTENTION - you are the CEO of a PUBLIC company, not your own little private enterprise. If you want to encourage investment, you have to act like you give a damn about the people who you are getting $$$$$ from....US! At least pretend, OK? "
A lot of investors including major holders are losing confidence with Pacific Ethanol Management and I for one
would like to see all, if not most of you ousted from the company.
And I did sign my name and
provided my land-line
I wish more of you would get involved and complain to The SEC also.
NK recently said they wouldn't issue shares and then, he or they did.
There is proof of this so let's do something about it !
I will call one of the major holders of PEIX and tell them our thinking that we would like to see
management ousted from office and put new people in.
How about others on this board saying they will do the same?
If not I will forget it.
Now that I think of it, I am a major holder.
Tx, Not too long ago I emailed NK and said that if he issued more stock,
he would be risking his job and maybe even the whole company's future,
because of the fact that if the big money investors lose faith, that could
mean an eventual BK all over again.
I will send your note to him in the morning along with some words of my own.
I wish we had someone who would take it upon themselves to talk to the funds
and institutions who own PEIX shares and ask them what they thought of
voting NK and maybe other officers and directors out of office and bringing in good,
smart, experienced people. "Don't You Wish it Was True" is the name of a great song,
but don't you wish we could have new management?
If you decide to email Koehler yourself let me know by morning?
But I will still send him my opinion.
What I was hinting at in a prior post is maybe the company has had so many expenses
gearing up operations and purchasing huge amounts of sugar etc. that NK thought he
should hold plenty of cash and so he issued those shares. Like you said, the owners
should be given an explanation why immediately, when the company issues shares.
Johnny, nothing I said means I am starting to think like you.
If I did think like you, I would sell as I have told you to do,
more than once.
Actually Lukey, the low wasn't $2.39 it was $2.33..
but since then we have been to $4.69..
It took just 15 trading days.
I lie all the time but I do get numbers right. IMO.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
