I thought the message to the street was a bit muddled. Perhaps I read it wrong but they kept harping on the fact that they had sufficient cash until 2015.
I think they should be raising cash now--it is a good long term move. I just don't like the way it was presented and perhaps I read it the way I wanted it to read. I guess this is why a company has a shelf offering is to take advantage of these situations but I was caught off guard.
Where the hell is that 10 mill from ALNY? I own both and have had a great run on ALNY but they need to get over themselves.
Once they complete this shelf offering, get the 10 mill from ALNY, and current cash on hand--TKMR is going to be in pretty good shape.
My guess on offering price is $8.50--just based on what other offerings have been going off in biotech--we will see. I kind of hope they go heavy on this offering (# of shares) to get it out of the way for awhile.
