"Chief Executive Paul Raines said expectations for the full year--in the range of $3.66 to $3.86--haven't changed, pointing to a solid slate of new videogames coupled with contributions from AT&T, Apple and ThinkGeek businesses as well as in-store collectibles offerings expected to drive fourth quarter results"
Bizarre that GME is getting crushed - this quarter is really irrelevant; company lives and dies by holiday sales and management's reaffirmation is extremely bullish. Perhaps they don't know their business but absent any other data I think investors should be BUYING at these levels NOT selling.
Obvious hit job by a totally unknowledgeable analyst. Cook should contact Cramer and dig this analyst a new grave. Let's get him fired!
Total disaster. Devastating. May not survive as a going concern.
LOL they are trading for .05 to .06 -- more like nickels from god. And punishment from Satan if AAPL surges to $130 -- nothing like risking $7 to make a nickel.
We have no idea whether it will rise or not. After hours traders are hapless retail pukes -- pretty much a random number generator. We'll know by mid-day tomorrow which direction it takes. Much will depend on how many upgrades and favorable comments it gets from analysts.
"Consumer Reports reliability survey includes a lot of early production cars. Already addressed in new cars"
"Tesla gets top rating of any company in service. Most important, CR says 97% of owners expect their next car to be a Tesla (the acid test)"
Not 100% sure but guessing the analyst probably types it up in an email and sends it to his secretary
Seems like thousands of scared retail pukes selling into a few big buyers who have effectively pegged the price @ $30. Once the scared broke over-margined retail pukes are flushed out, which should be soon, expect a lightning fast reversal into to $60 - 100% institutional money - than the scared, tired, weak retail pukes will zerg rush back in and take it to $90's.
Could pop 20% today
Agree. The comparison was absolutely moronic. First off, many companies - namely Apple - have done GREAT in the mobile phone business despite having only one product. Second, many market leading companies to exceptionally well with just one line of products. Google/Search, Netflix/Streaming Video, Facebook/Social Media, etc... No reason GoPro can't dominate its category more or less forever.
Actually I think he used chest intentionally. Both sides are beating their chest rather than productively negotiating.
Have to feel for people who sold at 2.3 this morning. I FEEL YOUR PAIN. We're sitting at 3 and change now.
