1. Spin off International Assets.
2. Double Dividend and Convert certain parts of business to Master Limited Partnership (MLP).
3.Cut Sales , General , Administrative and Exploration Cost.
4 Optimize Cash Flow and Operating Profits.
5. Shed non-core assets.
International assets per Casablanca are $2B drag on the value at which Cliff currently trades.
