At some tipping point, probably in q3, I think there may be a tidal wave of demand .if these results from patients continue it will go viral. I've already spoken to endos that are touting results to patients. Wouldn't be surprised to see the problem be supply rather than demand. Also there's the milestone payments.

120m in cash, most likely refinance without issue, and when sales start to move TS will become priority..and that's assuming no partners for developing applications.

Think about it. 30 m diabetics in this country. 530m internationally..if only 5% use it 26.5 mil users times $2200 a year x.025. Yeah. Do you really think this $4.70 stock is ready for a buy out? And how about technosphere ?

Social media will light Afrezza and this stock on fire.
Is there any diabetic that would hear the testimonials and numbers generated from users and not pursue it themselves?

Fugitive when they can't shoot the message they resort to shooting the messenger
Thanks for the updates When AH didn't report the 599&899 fiasco in a timely fashion that was it. How disappointing.
Lately SPEX has resorted to multiple prs. Delisting notice so they try to offset it with a Monday pr ..terrible 10q so they pump a pumpers opinion without showing it..yeah. Still may be able to catch a run

  • Hayes can wish and explain all he wants but the IPR didn't disappear despite this ruling.
SPEX messed up and didn't execute
That last stunt of not revealing the IPR was unethical
So ask yourself ..if you were Uniden Vtach and knew SPEX is running out of money...would you settle??

  • 1 Rockstar bought the patents for the competitive advantage and ability to use them without suits.
2.Ciscos only defense is SPEX didn't give them licensing ..not that the patents are invalid, but if you recall they wouldn't even take Anthony's call much less consider a license
    3 the share price sucks!
    4. In an instant a ruling could change the price
    5. The assertion of a riff between RS and SPEX is unfounded. RS served its purpose, gave the owners the ability to use the patents and after some additional monetization ..wrap of the consortium bus.
6 Google ,Cisco, and Hawaeii bid heavily on these patents.
7.cases Uniden -any day, Hawaeii,-moving forward..possible settlement ,CIsco waking up ..Verizon -marksman t mobile...prob. A single at best. juniper ?
8 RPX and MARA want the patents
    9. The share price sucks..oh did I mention?
    10. Opinion. With no additional lawsuita, no additional patent acquisitions, a changing landscape, most likely SPEX will be bought out.

Bonus. For you Hayes haters..the mans already made his millions and is still considered a top person isn't his field
