to think anything is going to happen with this stock

Next up will be Reverse Split and pps could drop to 35-45 cent range (pre split)

Remember they are willing to sell shares to raise money for 40 cents a share

    From 8-k...

Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, upon the satisfaction of all of the conditions to the Company's right to commence sales under the Purchase Agreement (the "Commencement"), LPC is initially purchasing $2,000,000 in shares of Common Stock at $0.605 per share. Thereafter, on any business day and as often as every other business day over the 24-month term of the Purchase Agreement, and up to an aggregate amount of an additional $23,000,000 (subject to certain limitations) in shares of Common Stock, the Company has the right, from time to time, at its sole discretion and subject to certain conditions to direct LPC to purchase up to 500,000 shares of Common Stock. The purchase price of shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Purchase Agreement will be based on prevailing market prices of Common Stock at the time of sales without any fixed discount, and the Company will control the timing and amount of any sales of Common Stock to LPC, but in no event will shares be sold to LPC on a day the Common Stock closing price is less than $0.40 per share, subject to adjustment. In addition, the Company may direct LPC to purchase additional amounts as accelerated purchases if on the date of a regular purchase the closing sale price of the Common Stock is not below $0.50 per share

    From the 8-K
'and the Company will control the timing and amount of any sales of Common Stock to LPC, but in no event will shares be sold to LPC on a day the Common Stock closing price is less than $0.40 per share, subject to adjustment.'

Do you think this statement is because they are going to have a big surprise with Z944? They are most likely going to abandon the current Z944 study and go forward with a different study in Z944 based on guidance from FDA and others. Bad news.

Again they gave LPC 4,100,000 shares at a cost to LPC of 49 cents a share. Now does that sound like they are holding back great news that would make the stock jump to 1.50 or something?

And yes at the top of the list for next weeks shareholder meeting is the vote for a reverse split. This as you should know will be approved. And when that news is released is the stock going to jump up?

    You all are fooling yourselves.

IMO big pharma will scoop up Zalicus by EOY or early 2014 for North of $4

    100,000 bid in at .59

Zalicus CFO mentioned at conference a couple months ago that they are forecasting over $10M from cHTS in 2013 and over $2M positive cash flow. With Novartis being their biggest contributor, I would think that they already know the contract will be renewed and the rest is just a formality.

Z944 has so many options to go forward with. Obviously Zalicus will need $ to advance so partnership on Z160 could be one ticket to take Z944 forward alone. But I still believe that big pharma will take on the rights to Z944 by EOY, or perhaps more likely just scoop up Zalicus outright.

May Day May Day, future echoes of those penny hungry shorts

    Z944 is potent, very potent

United States patent number 8,377,968, read read read

  • bigwithz944 by bigwithz944 Apr 24, 2013 8:47 PM Flag

Z944 patent in place, potential is enormous, is what big pharma will want, is what is going on behind closed doors

    All IMO

    Up up and away

Anyone lucky enough to get in on the sale yesterday

she will be comin around the mountain when she comes

    let the games begin

heard the 49-50 cent sale ended today

  • bigwithz944 by bigwithz944 Apr 22, 2013 3:34 PM Flag

What did CFO Justin Renz say about Z944 at a February conference this year:

‘Met with FDA in late December and they provided helpful feedback, based on this feedback we are planning to continue the clinical development in 2013

In February CEO Mark Corrigan was meeting with key opinion and thought leaders on the best indication to go forward with

We are being very methodical and deliberate

WE ARE MOVING IT FORWARD THIS YEAR’

I find it a little silly that there are some who think because we have not heard from Zalicus on Z944 yet that maybe the results were bad, lol

  • bigwithz944 by bigwithz944 Apr 19, 2013 2:32 PM Flag

Time to load up, multiple news is a commin

I took today with a smile and added

These are kinds of situations you hope for

1 Z944 do your own dd (my number one choice)
2 Z160 positive results and partneship with big pharma very realistic
3 Cash OK and good sources of revenue with Exalgo and CHts
4 Fov1101 will take place once SA takes care of business

IMO big pharma will scoop by EOY or early 2014, and it won't be no $1.50 a share, much much more

The two recent patents on Z944 & Z160 are very important

    IMO

Based on Experience I guess, and lots of reading, lol

Z944 (IMO) has huge potential and now patent protected through 2029

You could always call Terry and talk to him about it

  • bigwithz944 by bigwithz944 Apr 16, 2013 8:56 PM Flag

Expect a flury of news after the official move to CM?

7-10M shares traded day will bring it back to $1+

What will that news be? Oh my

Z944 is the future big ticket to big pharma

They (big pharma) will scoop by EOY on its potential

current pps is a formality (insignificant)

So does anybody know why there is no date listed on the SEC filing?

  • bigwithz944 by bigwithz944 Apr 11, 2013 9:30 PM Flag

Why is there no date listed in the 14A filing? I could not find another company 14A that was missing the date. I find this strange.

    From SEC site
