There was a massive short squeeze. 60 million shares. I expect a temporary decrease after he short sellers have covered. On any dip below .90, I'm buying. Pawn 20,000 now, aiming for 50,000, maybe 100,000. This company si selling fro a fraction of book value. Insiders own 29%.
TurboTax is excellent for K-1s; just follow the bouncing ball. The records will be kept for multiple years. No problem. Only if UBI (unrelated business income) in an IRA exceeds $1,000 is there a problem with taxes.
I own a ton of ETP; well not a ton just 3,000 shares that I have accumulated. Just reviewed my purchases. I bought most in 2013 for less than $50 per unit. Everyone is chasing momentum now; Chipolte Chicken (CMG) at a PE of 47, pays no dividend. I will never understand that kind of investing, but I do understand a 20% appreciation plus a 6.5% dividend..
NMM is going nowhere until there are two consecutive decent earning reports and no reduction in dividend. This is dead money for a minimum of six months. I have no evidence or basis to believe this is a quality holding. They don;t have enough organic growth to sustain; they go to the secondary market-a "screw our current stockholder" action.
