that 6 people in Spain came down with Ebola. A friend gets his Tweets and called me right away.
I have not seen anything about this on any mainline news reports so must be all BS. My friend say Tweeter reports always beat the regular news but by now it would be out. I am pretty sure this is what cause the huge drop at one point.
CNBC are a bunch of fear mongers with Cramer their main mouth piece. Don't those idiot realize if everybody got out of stocks and gave up on them there would be no reason to watch that channel?
I hate to hear that. I got hit $190,000 in one day, though a lot of it was profit that disappeared.
I held 10,000 shares of ELN when their drug Tysibri had some deaths reported. Dropped $19 before I could do anything. Very sinking feeling. Good luck to you. Hope it comes back.
Yes I would say part of it was, but I think it has dropped way passed where it should have.
It would be hard not to make money at these prices even if you have a medium time frame.
Why don't you two go get a room and leave the rest of us alone. You two are getting on the rest of us nerves.
No there isn't. Have you never heard of OBV? Do you post just to see your posts?
Another rookie posting BS. Let me explain rookie maybe you can learn something.
When the buys are bigger then the sells it is positive for a stock. When the sells are bigger then the buys it is negative. It a big buy buys blocks of 100,000 shares at a time from a bunch of small sellers, say 1,000 - 3000 shares this is positive. It is not one buyer for one seller. OBV is a very good tool. Look it up for a better explanation. It will give you a better idea if the big guys are moving in or out.
As I said before I have no dog in this fight, but you have to admit it must be driving you nuts
that twohander44 keeps picking winners. I will admit I did not buy his picks either, but he has
thrown out some winners. A person would have made out good listening to him.
You may be right, but this news may only be good for a day or two. Or until the market corrects again. Remember the jump when iut was announced Icahn took a bigger position. That bump did not last long. They still have a lot to work through.
Evan I have no dog in this fight, but two things. I have heard, maybe BS, there is a way to get the IP address off Yahoo. The thing is I do not believe it is legal so I doubt twohands would let you know for sure if he has or not.
I do not know how anyone could get your IP address off of yahoo since I would think you would have to be computer to computer to do it, but I am not a techie. I would not be concerned.
He know 99% of his followers will not get in on the IPO. I tried and I have a pretty big account and
can not get in on it. Later he will use the opening IPO price as where he told people to buy knowing full
well very few average investors will get in it. It wil probably just 10% or more on the first trade after the open.
I have waited to get in HTZ.. The story sounds good with the CEO leaving and the spin off coming, but the street isn't buying it yet.
out preforming AAL. Since I am long AAL it is getting frustrating. Still thinking of selling
half and putting it into DAL? I still like the airlines a lot for the next year. Oil dropping should
Evan you have serious problems. You lie about being a lawyer. You argue with
guys here just baiting you. I actually have more respect for those that sucker you
into a useless argument then I have for you.
Yes I must be another harriassgreek because I have no use for you either.
Not saying it will run straight up, but it is a good bet down here. Less than book says there
is value here.
I know HLSS will not be a high flyer, but if it can get back to its old high in a year along
with this dividend I can make close to 20% return. I will take that in my retirement anytime.
I am no big fan of Cramer, but to call him a clown and dumb is wrong.
He was smart enough to get rich running a hedge fund. He was smart
enough to know how to use CNBC to boost his hedge fund returns. He is also
smart enough to get his own show with millions of viewers.
Nobody will be right every call. Especially when making as many as he does everyday. No way he can follow all those stocks.
I use his show to listen to some of the CEO's that come on his show.
You have to make your own decisions and be man enough not to blame others.
I did buy HTZ after listening to all the reasons he gave. I bought it. He didn't force me too. I can sell it right now for break even or hold and see if I can average down and hold for the company spin off.
