    Now what..?

Henry, I must say that I cannot disagree with you and others who think the timing is suspicious at best. Maybe management can clarify exactly when the deal was reached? Before or after the paid for "mother load" PR? Because if it was before - as I'm reading - it was grossly unfair for the company to put out such a PR suggesting to many that this stock could be heading to the moon - while at the same time failing to mention a private offering at .14. It stinks, and its a major black eye to management who apparently cannot be trusted to act in shareholders best interests. But having said that, I think longs are going to be ok, and I put my money where my mouth is by buying more.

I got that from Yahoo key stats, not saying its accurate, but yahoo says 50 DMA is .14. Either way, I messed up this trade pretty good, so I was forced to buy more .. : )

If not for the part about the offering price being made "prior to the recent appreciation of the SP" that would be normal course of business. .14 is the 50 DMA for ENZR, and "up to $4.8 million" represents less than 10% of market cap. So, it's a necessary step in the process, no?

Maybe I screwed up here too. Already sold another 20% of NioC because I'm getting my adrenalin fill on ENZR. Holding a mere 22% of a full position, and not doing a very good job of sitting on the sidelines like a said I would just last week...

Why do you bother making predictions like that? A pullback after a major run-up is predictable, healthy and expected.

This is what I expected - yesterday. Pulled the trigger too soon. Watching ENZR like a hawk. Dumped a third of it on what looked like panic selling at the open, then bought it back already and it's only 10 a,m.!

I recall you mentioning both awhile back but I forgot and stumbled onto G1 researching flake graphite demand and decided to open a position based on Tesla. ENZR's anybody's guess. Getting out too soon on friday cost me thousands to get back in but I expected it to take a breather. Today should be quite interesting...

Agreed. Worldwide demand is supposed to double within 5 years as improved battery technology comes on line. Tesla's just more proof that it's finally happening...

Tesla recently announced that its planned multi billion $ lithium ion battery plant to be located in NV will double worldwide demand for flake graphite by 2020. Tesla als announced their intention to get its graphite from NA. That puts this company on my map, so I bought an opening position today. Once the word gets out, take a look at ENZR to get an idea of what can happen. ENZR was at .16 a week ago. Right now its up to .25 on record volume, over 4 million shares traded in the US today, after millions more last week. Is there any reason this isn't another ENZR waiting to happen? Other than the fact that it is in NA, where Tesla wants its supplies to come from?

Tesla says it wants NA supplied flake graphite. Check out GPHOF. I have limit buys pending on that and of course ENZR. Back to 70% of my full ENZR position, buying back for more than I sold for Friday, which is something I do not make a habit of. But this is a special circumstance. Let me know if you've checked out the other one already.

Who knows. Tesla down 7.8% today on lower forecast. Doesn't seem to have any affect on ENZR so I was forced to place some limit buys now that its starting to settle down a bit.

  • Begins this weekend and runs through June 2015. Formula E race cars at 225 mph top speeds etc will be great advertising for battery technology for the next 9 months in 10 cities and including Beijing, London, Miami, etc. But what type of batteries are they using, and what is the future for flake graphite in battery technology?

I'm 58% out of NioC at nice quick short term profits, looking for a pullback and wanting to get back in, but volume dried up today. That's ok because it means not many are selling on a down day in the market when everything else is selling off.

I'm 75% out of ENZR at an average sell price of .1987 which represents a very healthy profit, 62% on the last batch. I'm very happy but I'm also schizophrenic hoping for a chance to get back in at lower prices because the story's too good.

TC bugs me. All yap and no action over there, a bunch of pumpers preaching to the choir while the stock goes nowhere. Exactly what I hate wasting time with. Hot air and BS.

I put in a limit sell on my recent TGB. I'm already completely bored with it and I just bought back in 2 days ago.

I like action, and these two provide plenty. Thanks again V for the leads. I got in the ENZR at exactly the right time, and bought into NioC in time for nice gains. I expect to be in and out of both for awhile...

    Where's Henry?

Sold 25% @ .1885, another 25% @ .1995 and another @ .208. Hope I didn't screw up by selling but I was up 63% on that last batch. I just can't pass up those kinds of profits on such a quick trade. Still holding 25% and hoping this pulls back a bit...

I bought more early around .139 ish(?). And glad I did. I don't know if the tesla PR explains being up 20% on 4.5 million, but that was the reason I bought more. I was planning on sitting on what I already had. I like the story and the obvious potential. Just a short while ago battery technology was very uncertain. That no longer appears to be the case. Last year GM's Bob Lutz said the industry was 3 to 5 years away from feasible, cost effective car batteries with enough range and charging stations to compete with gasoline powered vehicles. If that's true and they're all going to need flake graphite for lithium batteries then ENZR isn't going to be a penny stock very long...

Thanks for the great leads, Vegas, on ENZR and NioC. I like ENZR more than any of my other spec plays right now. Never bought NEVDF, but I'm watching it. Picked up some TGB on a whim. I could really care less about that stock. I'm in TC but I hate it. I'm still holding remnants of MCP just to remind myself what an idiot I was for buying that POS, but have a feeling ENZR could make up for a lot of lost ground on the others.

Correct; not really "news" but it is to me. I don't know much about this sector but like what I'm hearing, ie this one plant is going to double worldwide demand for flake graphite, no US mines, the inductry will need the equivalent of 6 more new mines, etc. Why wouldn't that make it a very attractive target for the big boys?

Anyway, I just bought on the news even though I just got done saying yesterday that I'm sitting on the sidelines and holding...
