ROFLMAO! It should go up as people decide to buy and get enough in profits to buy GI w/kungfu grip for Christmas! ;^)
If it doesn't sell off gains made last night it will be a good sign, even though we are only talking about a dime. You know as much about me as you do about this silver ETF. It tracks the silver market. It doesn't control the silver price. You seem to think a lot of yourself. I have a friend who is a coin dealer and he charges 3% over spot for sales and 3% under spot for buying. I save silver coin bags for use if there is a collapse of the financial system. That way small denomination coins are recognizable by most and facilitate trade. In an apocalyptic scenario large bars would be dangerous to trade and likely cause a great deal of hostile interest.
Have a nice day and don't be so nasty. The very recent fall from the 28 level seems to have scared many, just as the fall from the high 40s did. I recommend bullets and bandaids as a primary investment as well as food and water.
Sentiment: Buy
been hearing that for too long with no sign of buying interest.
That would make sense if silver didn't fall nearly every stinking day. They like people like you because you just hold forever chasing fairy tales.
Maybe you folks can afford to hold losses. If this doesn't bounce back soon, I will just take a loss and sell.
Solar Subsidy Sinkhole: Re-Evaluating Germany's Blind Faith in the Sun
By Alexander Neubacher
The costs of subsidizing solar electricity have exceeded the 100-billion-euro mark in Germany, but poor results are jeopardizing the country's transition to renewable energy. The government is struggling to come up with a new concept to promote the inefficient technology in the future.
I read Germany was dumping their green energy plans last year as it is a huge money loser. What makes you believe there is a shortage of silver and yet it keeps getting cheaper?
Asians may smarten up and stop buying for losses within hours.
or they just sell massive amounts of silver to the market.
Buy hard Silver from a friendly coin dealer and avoid the sales tax.
SLV tracks Silver. There is no premium for SLV owners if it is purchased.
Seems you can't average down forever. I goes up in the Asian market only to be sold of every morning when US markets open.
It is in overbought condition. It looks like it needs a rest.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Singed Lion Stop whining! Your hair will grow back. Just a haircut! lol
singedlion2001 So your #$%$ was burnt and your hair singed. lol You are such a predictable #$%$.
It is fighting against the oversold status as well. I don't see a large drop until X-div at some point.
Hope it bounces back!

Gesture Recognition: The Next Big Deal
By Rosemary Okolie
A DOW JONES BANKING INTELLIGENCE COLUMN
Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Intel Corp. was in talks to acquire Israeli gesture control and motion tracking software startup Omek Interactive Ltd. Rivals Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Qualcomm Inc. were also said to be considering making an offer for the startup. If industry expectations are anything to go by, a potential acquisition of Omek Interactive could be characteristic of future activity in the sector.
Indeed, expectations are that gesture recognition technology - specifically, touch-free gesture recognition - will likely begin to feature prominently, as the way consumers interact with devices continues to evolve.
Janine Kutliroff, Omek's CEO, sees it thus: "Gesture recognition and control are transforming some of the most significant products in our society, from TVs, set-top boxes, game consoles and PCs to a huge variety of industrial devices. And the ability to understand and interpret the movement of human bodies in 3D has huge implications for the entertainment, medical, fitness and automotive industries, among others."
Gesture recognition in consumer electronic devices is not new. Nintendo Co. Ltd.'s Wii for instance, which has motion sensing capabilities has been around since 2006. Microsoft Corp. followed eventually in 2010 with its Kinect for Xbox, a vision-based gesture recognition system. That market seems set to witness good growth, as use of the technology is increasingly adopted elsewhere.
According to a report from industry researchers MarketsandMarkets, the broader touchless sensing and gesture recognition market is expected to reach $15 billion by 2018, versus approximately $2 billion in 2012, driven by increasing uptake in several sectors, including healthcare and consumer electronics. Analysts at TechNavio.com also see the gesture recog
