Carly overtly and openly, with contempt destroyed the HP Way. The replacement: "The Rules of the Garage" and "The Cult of Carly". She wanted to believe there was a cult of avid worshipers hanging on her every word and thought. I knew of one person, who due to Carly's gender, was quite enamored, gave Carly every benefit of the doubt.
It was indeed ironic, that this high performing, quota busting sales rep was unceremoniously fired.
This rep is now destroying millions in HP sales every quarter, hawking Cisco UCS to a prime slice of former HP customers.
