You played the spandex card. That was an insult and no matter how thick my skin , it's an insult. I guess we wait for the numbers. I feel I will be vindicated. Sorry I shared any ideas, didn't realize you are void of thinking outside the box.
Serious investors do their own DD and don't need your help. I don't call it speculation, when you understand the numbers. BTW the number is going to be positive. The small float here is going to make this jump. The shorts will get clobbered. My guess we see the $4-5's easily. This is what I do. I call them before they happen.
Actually I stated I would if all your aliases would also. There are no malicious attacks. You just O.D. on pumps. What you are feeling is withdrawals. Now that you have nothing to pump and have to face realities, your body is shutting down. Best thing to do when this happens, bend over and take deep breathes. The company will finish the last maneuver.
I actually hope that something goes your way. But right now I believe you got taken and they got you to finance this for another 12 months. Be careful not to fall victim to the reverse split. I would not rule anything out at this time. Now that's a bash.
Not pathetic, it takes courage to inform investors about the antics here. Are you going to be honest. Heck no, you want your $2.55 a share back. The best part will be when you actually start to question the company. I was right about Eckgars, Darrell and Vorlon, I pretty accurate on calling these things. Uncanny would be a better way to describe it.
Of course the day traders have left the building. I'm pointing at the headline of GAAP number beating the streets estimate of -.17. If there is a short position that's on top of this, they are going to have to scramble, if the day traders see a spike they chase. Now throw in some better operating losses, you have the makings of a nice pay day.
That's the way I'm playing it.
We're not lucky enough to get a bidding war. Would be nice. If a buyout number was announced, I maybe hold out for second offers. This could be one of those rare plays that gets bid up?
If Davita was interested, wouldn't they get a right of first refusal? I believe there conference call was designed to hint at vertical move. Why else bring it up? If DAV does go up the line with this, do they want to deal with Fresenius to get our filters? Maybe they lock into a long term pricing agreement. Then I think Bellco is the logical choice.
I'm not here long term. I could careless about that. I believe there's going to be an over reaction by the day traders and I will clean up. They will see the headline and buy.
I did ask your opinion. However, that was before I really understood the man. Will not make that mistake again. I don't care if you share my logic, but attacking me over this, was classless.
You have an abrasive style. You pump this a few weeks back and it tanked, then just like spandex, you claimed you got out of it just before it. It appears you and spandex have a lot in common. How about you go short and we see who wins. I can guarantee you, I do my homework.
When Spandex bashed WG at $8.50, I was loading up. BTW spandex stated he was out of this completely. If that doesn't tell you something, nothing will.
I love a buying opportunity and if the street wants to view this as a bad thing, great. Bet next Friday and Monday, I will be laughing. There is no way they lose .17 a share.
I don't agree with either of you. I specially would never follow spandex on any investment. This is going to be GAAP positive. I figure they have a operating loss of $500K, but a GAAP profit of maybe $1.5M. They are going to surprise. Now will the street react on the reversal of the FV on warrants, I baking that they like the headline.
I guess spandex was blowing in dbtnur ear, when he publicly went long here. I don't care if you follow my logic. But that ,.17 loss is not going to happen. So I loaded up and will make a nice profit.
Call me stupid. But I picked up more shares. I actually believe they will have a GAAP profit when they report. They may have a operating loss. But that should narrow. If they have revenues near $13M, the street will reward.
I'm one of the few who sold $5.04. You make up stories just like JZ. I can't speak about what motivates NTTG, but I can tell you what motivates me. The pure arrogance that the longs here displayed. Now you can't get away with it. That has you punch drunk loved. I maybe mad at myself for not holding to my convictions. But it seems you and JZ like to dwell on that.
You have little to work with. But this stuff about why you are here, that's just pathetic. You don't want anyone knowing things, so maybe you can crawl out of the hole. Next time don't be so dumb and abusive.
Currently the only way to lock up the USA markets, is buy NEPH out. Then your competitor has to deal with you or watch you steal that business.
This has been a constant theme on this board. "Why are you here"? It seems when the pumpers don't get their way, they bring out another ID and ask the same question. Funny how JZ and bigguy ask the same question. I believe NTTG has altruistic reasons for posting here.
Where was there a bash? I pointed out the obvious burn and how the company played us. Shouldn't newbies know the story. You had your time pumping this, now the truth needs to be front and center. This way, as you learn a investing lesson, no one else makes your mistakes.
Here's how I see it, if the company doesn't produce something real soon, you are going much lower. This board wasn't civil when issues were raised, why should we go easy on you now? Best part, is I warned you that the Eckgars, Darrells and Vorlons would be the first to abandon this board.
It would be interesting to know who approached who about our filters. If Davita did, maybe there was some good faith money advanced to NEPH. That would explain why no borrowing from WL.
Quite period dummy. They will post a PR at 4:15 PM ET that earnings will be out Monday after the bell. (See how they did it last quarter) The stocks up $3 from where you stated you sold. Bet we get near $575M in revenues. Tuesday this breaks $15.
