Never heard of you till I discovered WG on my own. If I had followed your advice, I would have missed $3.50 move. The Drama Queen is delusional.

They are not zero cost options. You never address the tax consequences here. Why would insiders incur such a tax liability and hold onto the shares? BTW spandex they incur the tax liability immediately. Not at the end of the year. They have to pay the tax quarterly. But since you have never made a profit, you could not understand this. WH is going much, much, much higher. We didn't CONCUR when you sold it at $8.50 range, why would we concur now? Drama Queen losing it.

The key is to keep the minions thinking there's light at the end of the tunnel. They need a support group to spoon feed the unsophisticated investor. If 10% of their base flee the scene, the share price will be toast. So keep the illusion going. Where are insiders ever going to find a cushy little gig like this, again?

Or bit the bullet and bought out the lease. Could see a write off. The landlord will not like losing rent on 3,955 sq feet with CA rates.

Every store that opens means about $236K in revenues annually for PI.

$200K in food and product sales.

    $36K in royalties.

This is based on a store doing $600K in revenues. Being very conservative here.

RO is a distinct possibility. Even though Bellco starts to pay a royalty in 2015. I'm afraid that Neph doesn't see revenues for 45-105 days. We don't know what the contract states. Is payment quarterly, monthly?

It will be bought out in 2014. The pipeline is strong, Vitamin D news will deliver the tool for a large pharma to take this over. My guess $50 a share. Look for PFE or JNJ.

Yes the train could leave me behind. It also may never get out of the station. We all have to evaluate this on what we see. Would you get on a train that has a history of train wrecks? A train that has a history of being late, missing your stop and over charging customers for their own personal rides?

I believe that this train has some maintenance issues. The conductor was caught with his hand in the cookie jar. The brakeman never intended that it reach BTD.

These investors know that Vit D news on the way. They also know that TRSO has to pony up $100M to OPK. It's not a bad business to play the short game. But you got to know when to fold them. Bet that short interest has dropped another 3M shares this week.

    18 store deal in Tampa

If you find something not yet Pr's, always nice that you copy and paste it. This way everyone sees what you see.

Sound too good to be true? It won’t be for pizza lovers in the Tampa area, once Pie Five Pizza opens its first local restaurant. The nation’s leading fast-casual pizza brand announced today that it has awarded 18 franchise units to retired Cleveland Indian and University of Florida baseball star Matt LaPorta. The new franchise operator and his business partners will introduce the Pie Five name throughout Tampa beginning in early 2015.

The former Gator great, along with the help of fellow MLB retiree Josh Fields and restaurant operators Brandon Birdwell and Jeff Engle, is preparing to drive home Pie Five’s game-changing fast casual dining experience in a territory spanning from Pasco County through Hillsborough County and as far south as Sarasota.

“What can I say, what Italian doesn’t love pizza? For the longest time I’ve wanted to open up a cool pizza place like this. I guess you could call pizza my new passion,” said LaPorta, a Port Charlotte native. “So when Josh told me about Pie Five, and my family and I tried it out for ourselves, I knew this was it. The operational model is excellent, the company’s leadership is top notch and the food is fantastic. I’m convinced Pie Five is going to be a huge hit in this area.”

The Tampa-area restaurants will be the newest members of the fast-growing, trend-setting pizza franchise family, which boasts more than 20 current locations nationwide. Fields, who is also currently spreading the Pie Five brand throughout Oklahoma City with former NFL star Billy Bajema, said he was eager to share the Pie Five franchise opportunity with LaPorta as well. To Fields, it was a no-brainer.

“The fast casual sector has become so much more than burritos and ‘better’ burgers, and Pie Five is leading the charge in the pizza scene,” said Fields. “All it took was one visit, and when Matt saw what they had to offer – not only in the form of a perfect pizza, but also the exceptional business model and family-friendly value – he was sold. It didn’t take long for all of us to get on board and join the Pie Five Pizza family.”

You lying mfer. I have never stated the Nigerians have been paid off. I have corrected your sorry butt on the fact that they only owe the Nigerians $36.5M. Apparently you have now changed your tune about the facts. Why is it that spandex is always LYING about things here.

As for your statement about margins. I invested in this company, because they are working towards where the margins are improving. This is what I saw early and you just didn't comprehend. Clearly you will be Drama Queen for the rest of your life. PERFECT description of you.

  • The envelope please........PVCT,

How is it that longs find obscure associations with PVCT. Like this Bill character....simple management feeds it to them. The illusion has to be fed everyday.

How does a medical devise expert benefit PVCT. Sounds like this is the only guy who would associate his name with it. Most Liver problems in China and India stem from Hepatitis issues. It seems this company is always giving us the illusion of things.

    Drama Queen,

You mean you cannot figure it out by yourself. Moody's is ahead of the curve on this. You way behind the curve. We are all waiting the day that you become "Stable". Even two weeks on the funny farm and you are still delusional.

A newly married couple have sex every morning at 4:15 am. You can set you watch to it. One day the wife gets sick and has to be rushed to the hospital. The doctor discover she has a virus. They give her antibiotics. Well there are three germs and they know the antibiotics are coming to get them.

The first germ states, I'm headed to the kidneys, the antibiotics can not find me.

The second germ states he's headed to the brain they won't find me there.

The third germ, is laughing at the other two. He states, I don't know about you two, but when that four fifteen pulls out of here, I'm going to be on it.

You are a Drama Queen. Insiders are not holding onto their shares, incurring large tax bills, FOR NO REASON.

Poor Spandex cannot read between the lines. Management changes, experts on the regulations, old infrastructure of $1T needing replacement. Only a handful of companies able to go after this business. What I believe Harl has position this company to do, is go after the higher margin business.

Spandex doesn't tell you that he missed out on $200M of market capitalization recently when he sold prematurely. Yes Spandex you are a Drama Queen.
