    Why is this jerkoff AF

Not another investor telling us they are close to the company. Do you have a uncle working for amgen? It's okay for you to post speculation? The way I see it, the pumpers have done the most damage here.

Did I not state the first to leave the scene of the crime would be Eckgars, Vorlon and Darrell. Interesting they also posted they had close ties to the company.... Insight.

Wow, one pumper starting to look at this with objectivity. Today one of them has started to grow up.

Insight. Well insight for you is blindly reading Pr's. You are not offended that the company slipped into the Pr that they now expect to dilute.

The guys been 100% right. You cannot knock those odds. He pointed out BTD was a farce. The company just informed you, that money will not be sufficient. The pumpers like Eckgars, Vorlon and Darrell and Darrell all took off. Didn't I warn you about that ahead of time. Of course they hide now behind new ID's.

BTW he's not interested in the company, he's interested in that they don't steal more money from the unsophisticated. Who doubts for a second these insiders were not preparing to dump shares, had AF not shown up to take the wind out of this. I want to see hands on who cried when old yeller was shot. Maybe they will make a sequel to "Stripes" and adapt it to PVCT. Call it stripes in your shorts.

Spandex feeling the heat. Now making up stories that I support Oblamer. Well, when the little guy backs himself in the corner, he has to find a way to change the subject. Did you learn this in basher school for dummies?

I guess my showing you up on the Nigerian stuff and you not able to explain away why insiders would incur such large tax bills, holding onto shares, you have to change the narrative to politics. Really, is your IQ this low? You are a mess. When will you get a fact right. In less then 9 months, I have had to school you on this investment too many times. You should be insulted, to be this ignorant on a investment.

Again, you the one speculating. I just pointed out the accounting change and joked they needed a bigger firm to count the billions rolling in. Don't take your frustrations out on me...dude.

18 months to complete Ph3 enrollment

    billyteex1 billyteex1 Jul 8, 2014 8:56 AM Flag

They are not enrolling patients. That's what pumpers do, they imply things are further along then what is reality. When they announced the BTD meeting, pumpers jumped to the conclusion that meant BTD-AA. This is why they are called unsophisticated. Please re-read the PR, again the CEO lays out things like buyout, payments in the future and then in the very end, tells you they are not in any discussions to be sold. I'm sorry but good companies don't dangle carrots in front of donkeys like this one does.

This is a spin job PR. The narrative changed from not needing funding, too needing funding mid 2015. The best spin...really this was the best spin ever, was when they stated they were transparent on BTD. Yeah, as they diluted shares into it. They have to keep the remaining investors hooked. Cannot wait for AF rebuttal.

    Guess the lowballing works

I think at this point, it will need actually funding. If that ever happens this would gap up much higher. Recently I have done some research on LA website, looking at recent articles on IOBS. They still have a team assigned to this and last year put out an article about it. Those patents have value. Can BMGP still unlock it's potential? It looks dim.

Best part, the group from 2010 will waste their energy trying to convince us to sell. I figure if it's that important to them to hang around, it's more important that I hang on. But that's just me. Call me a hopeful romantic. There's no doubt that the Hardman's pulled some stuff here. But so have the Stalags. The missing piece for me is why is stalag so stupid when he owned shares and so brilliant on investigation after he loses money. Those two pieces don't add up.

My one wish, is that one day this get listed on Nasdaq and we see who owns 50% of this company. Maybe then we can piece this together.

No, we would prefer to become a loser like you one day and post how we made a small profit five years ago and then hang around making accusations.

  • billyteex1 billyteex1 Jul 7, 2014 10:01 PM Flag

Smart you got away from it quick. If it gets a little cheaper, I may buy some. I timed it very well last time. I got a hunch the next quarter maybe an improvement.

  • billyteex1 by billyteex1 Jul 7, 2014 9:56 PM Flag

I have had a few investments recently changing accounting firms. This one seems simple on the surface. Hopefully they needed a larger firm to handle Nephros billions soon to be rolling in. This is the quietest this board has been in years.

  • billyteex1 billyteex1 Jul 7, 2014 4:49 PM Flag

Not a good sign. They can't even afford to give him a raise. maybe spandex can take over the CFO duties.

    Did you sell?

Make that 522,000 shares. Not bad, sell 1800 shares for .0007 and then pick up 522K shares at .001.

2013 they bought 900,449 and sold only 101,350 shares
2014 they bought 453,534 and sold only 53,000 shares

Why is it important that spandex misrepresent insiders activity. If insiders were given a large incentive to get free shares. It was probably as an incentive to turn this company around. When they take procession of these free shares, they also incur a large tax bill. What have most of them done, is eat the taxes and hold onto these shares. Over the past two years insiders have held onto 1,35M shares. Even though this is at 3 year highs. Spandex knows something is in the works, so he's instructed to lie about things. Not on my shift spandex. I love having you here, because I can disqualify every point you make. You either one dumb hombre or one big loser.

  • billyteex1 billyteex1 Jul 7, 2014 3:39 PM Flag

He owns a ton of it. Are you really this stupid. Insiders own a big piece of this. Why, because they know this is headed to multiple all time highs. The board of directors wanted to motivate management. Why are insiders holding so many shares and paying huge tax bills to keep shares?

    You know news is coming.

When There Is NO PR Program............

    by spanspur Jul 7, 2014 2:01 PM
    billyteex1 billyteex1 Jul 7, 2014 3:32 PM Flag

They claimed last year to pay down up to $50m they paid $39M. This year they believe the will pay down between $30-$50M + the $36.6M to the Nigerians. Unfortunate for spandex, he has to misrepresent everything. Because somehow he sold prematurely. BTW they were GAAP positive last quarter. Again spandex gets his information wrong. This was in a quarter that a Canadian company was slow on something like a $24M payment. Second quarter is going to be strong. Spandex wants some cheaper shares. He knows insiders are acquiring shares and if he can lie about things, here, just maybe he can afford a 100 shares.

Spandex, with you around, you make everyone look smarter. Why are you lying about things? That's all you can do. Sore Loser.
